The investigation of property damage shall be facilitated by maintenance department. The investigation of quality incident shall be facilitated by laboratory. The investigation of injury incident, security incident, fire incident and vehicle incident shall be facilitated by HSE department. The incident investigation facilitator shall submit the final report within the time stipulated in HSE MS.
