A fine of 100RMB shall be imposed on shift supervisor if each file is found not available. In addition, a fine of 50RMB shall be imposed on designated person if each file is noted not filled out or updated in time.第57條： HS部門須根據(jù)要求建立各種安全臺賬。每發(fā)現(xiàn)一次未及時記錄或者更新安全臺賬，對指定負(fù)責(zé)人罰款50元。HSE department shall establish a HSE file register, and assign a designated person to update this register. A fine of 100RMB shall be imposed on the designated person if the register is not updated in time.第八章：現(xiàn)場安全Chapter eight Site HSE第59條： 進(jìn)入工作場所，不按規(guī)定穿戴普通勞動保護(hù)用品或穿戴不規(guī)范的。A fine of 50RMB shall be imposed for not wearing general PPE at workplace.第60條： 進(jìn)行特殊作業(yè)，未按照作業(yè)要求佩戴特殊勞動保護(hù)用品的，每發(fā)現(xiàn)一項罰款50元。A fine of 200RMB shall be imposed for being offsite or sleeping on duty.第62條： 工作場所嬉戲打鬧的，發(fā)現(xiàn)一次每人罰款100元。A fine of 500RMB shall be imposed for using mobile phone in the plant prohibited area.第64條： 帶火種進(jìn)入工廠的，發(fā)現(xiàn)一次罰款50元。A fine of 1000RMB shall be imposed for smoking inside the plant.第66條： 高空作業(yè)時，無其他防護(hù)措施，且不佩戴安全帶的，或者安全帶使用不正確的，發(fā)現(xiàn)一次罰款500元A fine of 500RMB shall be imposed for fall protection system not in place while working at height.第67條： 高空作業(yè)，拋擲工具，材料的，發(fā)現(xiàn)一次罰款200元。Tools shall be secured with tag line/tool bag to prevent falling objects whilst working at height. A fine of 100RMB shall be imposed for violation.第69條： 高空作業(yè)時，導(dǎo)致高空落物的，對當(dāng)事人罰款200元。A fine of 100RMB shall be imposed for the incorrect use of ladders, including but not limited to: standing on top of ladders. Moving ladders with people on it, no safety watcher available etc.第71條： 深坑深槽、預(yù)留孔無明顯標(biāo)志，未設(shè)防護(hù)欄，未加蓋，無人守護(hù)，每發(fā)現(xiàn)一處，罰責(zé)任人100元。A fine of 50RMB shall be imposed for work site or affected area not being barricaded off as it should be.第73條： 未經(jīng)許可隨意穿越警戒帶者，罰款50元。Inflammable, explosive and dangerous chemicals are not put in the designated location , a fine of 50RMB shall be imposed on people held responsible.第75條： 法律要求特殊工種作業(yè)持證上崗。Some special type of work require petent person with certificate by law. Uncertified person doing the like work independently shall be imposed a fine of 500RMB. 第76條： 在消防通道、設(shè)施、器材附近堆放雜物，阻擋消防通道，導(dǎo)致在緊急情況下影響消防通道、設(shè)施、器材使用的責(zé)任人，處100元罰款。A fine of 100RMB shall be imposed for using fire fighting equipments for the purpose of other than fire fighting.第78條： 無故不參加安全會議的，每次罰款100元。Alcohol prohibited from 4 hours before onduty until offduty. A fine of 500RMB shall be imposed for violation.第80條： 騎跨于欄桿上休息的，每次罰款100元。A fine of 500RMB shall be imposed for running power cable at workplace without approval.第82條： 電動工具用完后沒有切斷電源的，罰款50元。A fine of 50RMB shall be imposed for electrical powered tools not being disconnected from power supply after use at workplace. A fine of 100RMB shall be imposed for uncertified personnel to open and repair electrical equipment.第83條： 使用未經(jīng)驗收掛牌腳手架的，每次罰款100元。 2. 所有使用中的氣瓶必須處于直立狀態(tài)，并固定好。禁止使用有油污的手開氧氣瓶閥。The following procedure on handling pressed gas cylinder shall be followed. valves must be shut down whenever work stopped. cylinder shall be kept upright and secured properly. 3. Acetylene cylinder must be put into direct sun shine. 4. Always use correct fitting for cylinder. Fitting made with more than 70% copper is not allowed to use on acetylene cylinder. 5. No greasy fittings allowed on oxygen cylinder. And never handle oxygen cylinder with greasy hand as well. 6. 5 meters separation required between oxygen cylinder and acetylene cylinder. 15 meters separation required between any cylinder and hot work point. 7. Away from live circuits. A fine of 100RMB shall be imposed for breaching each of above.第85條： 吊裝作業(yè)違反10不吊原則，罰款200元。違者罰款200元。違者對指揮員或者吊車司機(jī)罰款200元。Qualified lifting gear shall be used during lifting operation. A fine of 100RMB shall be imposed on people held responsible for violation.第89條： 現(xiàn)場機(jī)動車輛嚴(yán)禁超過20公里每小時。The speed limit of motor vehicles is 20km/h on site.
