【導(dǎo)讀】后熒光所增強的程度。通過改變微生物的濃度、反應(yīng)時間和毒性物DCP的濃度來。進一步優(yōu)化實驗條件，以便后期的實驗操作更加簡便易行。從而得到了預(yù)期的實。謝物與卟啉的熒光作用增強的程度大些。這樣的實驗結(jié)果證明了該方法可以用于。檢測微生物水體總毒性。
