【導(dǎo)讀】后熒光所增強(qiáng)的程度。通過(guò)改變微生物的濃度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間和毒性物DCP的濃度來(lái)。進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化實(shí)驗(yàn)條件，以便后期的實(shí)驗(yàn)操作更加簡(jiǎn)便易行。從而得到了預(yù)期的實(shí)。謝物與卟啉的熒光作用增強(qiáng)的程度大些。這樣的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明了該方法可以用于。檢測(cè)微生物水體總毒性。
