The reality of these documents is obligated by the client.6. 我們與本次評(píng)估的估價(jià)對(duì)象沒有利害關(guān)系，也與有關(guān)當(dāng)事人沒有個(gè)人利害關(guān)系或偏見。We have no stake and prejudice with the appraisal subject and client.7. 估價(jià)人員已對(duì)本估價(jià)報(bào)告中的估價(jià)對(duì)象進(jìn)行了實(shí)地查勘，并對(duì)估價(jià)對(duì)象現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察的客觀性、真實(shí)性、公正性承擔(dān)責(zé)任，但估價(jià)人員對(duì)估價(jià)對(duì)象現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘察僅限于估價(jià)對(duì)象的外觀和使用狀況，對(duì)被遮蓋、未暴露及難以接觸到的部分，依據(jù)委托方提供的資料。除非另有協(xié)議，我們不承擔(dān)對(duì)估價(jià)對(duì)象建筑結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行調(diào)查的責(zé)任。Our valuers have carried out the field survey on appraisal subject。 we obligate the reality, objectivity and impartiality of field survey. However, the field survey is only limited to evaluate the appearance and using conditions. The condition of covered, unexposed and hard to approach area should be granted by the documents of client provided. Unless otherwise agreed by both Parties, we have no responsibility to investigate the quality of construction structure.8. 本估價(jià)報(bào)告的全部或其部分內(nèi)容不得發(fā)表于任何公開媒體上，報(bào)告解釋權(quán)為本估價(jià)機(jī)構(gòu)所有；The content of this report should not be fully or partially disclosed to any public media. The power of interpretation of this report shall be vested in our institute.9. 本估價(jià)報(bào)告復(fù)印件無效。The copy of this report will be invalid.十一、估價(jià)報(bào)告應(yīng)用的有效期 Report’s Validity估價(jià)報(bào)告應(yīng)用的有效期自完成估價(jià)報(bào)告日起原則上規(guī)定為一年，但市場(chǎng)狀況變化很大時(shí)，估價(jià)報(bào)告應(yīng)用的有效期不超過半年。In principle, the report is valid within one year after the report pleted.
