The condition of covered, unexposed and hard to approach area should be granted by the documents of client provided. Unless otherwise agreed by both Parties, we have no responsibility to investigate the quality of construction structure.8. 本估價報告的全部或其部分內(nèi)容不得發(fā)表于任何公開媒體上，報告解釋權(quán)為本估價機(jī)構(gòu)所有；The content of this report should not be fully or partially disclosed to any public media. The power of interpretation of this report shall be vested in our institute.9. 本估價報告復(fù)印件無效。The copy of this report will be invalid.十一、估價報告應(yīng)用的有效期 Report’s Validity估價報告應(yīng)用的有效期自完成估價報告日起原則上規(guī)定為一年，但市場狀況變化很大時，估價報告應(yīng)用的有效期不超過半年。In principle, the report is valid within one year after the report pleted.
