The Research about the international development of China’s mercial banks Zhang Peng Li XiaoyanSchool of finance Central University of finance and economics Beijing 100036Since the 1990s, the trend of economic globalization has accelerated. Along with the economic globalization, financial globalization is more clearly. The internationalization of Commercial Bank is an important performance of financial globalization. Over the past two years, the ICBC, BOC and other mercial banks have pleted the financial restoration, introduced strategic investors and successful listed. After the successful listing, the operating mechanism of these largesized mercial banks has greatly improved。 they have accelerated the pace of international development, showing some new trends.
