Any interest accrued thereon should be charged to you from the date of each advance to the date of___________ repayment at the current rate of interest in______________. （二） 預(yù)支信用證的內(nèi)容 The proceeds of any draft negotiated under this credit may at their discretion be applied by them in the repayment to them of the whole or any part of such advance together with interest as aforesaid. In consideration of X Bank making such advance(s) to you and in case you will eventually fail to effect shipment covered by the credit,we guarantee repayment and undertake to pay them on demand any sum owing by you in respect of such advance(s) together with interest thereon.
