That’s good management! 許多管理者都會驚訝于自己對那些能力欠缺的團隊采取的措施。如果你接受了這群人，請一點點建立他們的能力，而不要由于他們的弱點而氣餒。 你可以變平庸為上等。這就是優(yōu)秀的管理。 MAKE THE BEST OF WHAT YOU’VE GOT 充分利用現(xiàn)有人員 SHOW APPRECIATION 表示感激 /表揚 清朝末年 ,著名學者俞樾在他的 一笑 中講過這樣一個故事 : 京城有個官吏要到外地就任 .臨行前 ,他去跟恩師道別 . 恩師對他說 : 外地不比京城 , 要謹慎從事 . 官吏說 : 沒關系 ,現(xiàn)在的人都喜歡聽好話 ,我呀 ,準備了一百頂高帽子 . 恩師一聽這話 ,很生氣 ,以教訓的口吻說 :做人要正值 , 你怎么可以這樣 ? 官吏說 : 恩師喜怒 ,我這也是沒有辦法的辦法 .要知道 ,天底下象您這樣謙虛不喜歡戴高帽子能有幾位呢 ? 官吏的話剛說完 , 恩師就得意地點頭說：你說的倒也是。 從恩師家出來，官吏對他的朋友說：我準備的 100頂高帽，現(xiàn)在僅剩 99定了！ What would you guess is more important to employees a bigger paycheck or a sincere “Thank you” from the boss? But money can’t buy something people want once these basic needs are met and that’s the feeling of being needed by other people. 人們必須有錢來支付生活必需品 , 如食物，衣服，住房。但是當這些基本要求都達到時，金錢還是無法買到人們想要的有些東西。那就是別人需要你的那種感覺。 SHOW APPRECIATION 表示感激 /表揚 People want to believe that they are valuable or important. It makes them feel good. 人們都愿意相信自己是有價值的或重要的。這讓他們感覺良好。 SHOW APPRECIATION 表示感激 /表揚 Nothing makes people feel they are valuable more than appreciation. They can be happy with their own work, but if someone else is pleased as well, that’s much more important to them. 沒有比感激更能使人們覺得自己的 價值 了。他們可以因為自己的工作感到開心，但是如果別人由于你也變得開心的話，那你對他們來說就太重要了。 SHOW APPRECIATION 表示感激 /表揚 Praise from anyone can make a person feel good. But when it es from the boss, a worker feels even better! Appreciation from someone you look up to always means more. 別人的贊揚可以使人感覺很快樂。但是當贊揚來自上司，員工會感覺更好！來自你尊敬的人的感激那就更具意義。 SHOW APPRECIATION 表示感激 /表揚 A little appreciation can make even the worst of jobs worth doing.
