1 臨床資料 一般資料 選擇2003年3月~2007年11月我院住院患者35人,均經(jīng)腦CT證實(shí)為腦出血,CT分型:基底節(jié)12例,腦葉出血11例,橋腦出血1例,小腦出血2例,丘腦5例,皮質(zhì)下出血2例,硬膜下血腫2例。微創(chuàng)清除術(shù)已經(jīng)逐漸開始應(yīng)用,且術(shù)中粉碎血腫,術(shù)后注入血腫液化劑引流未粉碎血腫是一種完善的方法[1]。外科開顱手術(shù),由于對(duì)神經(jīng)的損傷大,對(duì)深部血腫及重要功能區(qū)的手術(shù)困難,患者死亡率及致殘率仍很高。 Urokinase。 【關(guān)鍵詞】 高血壓 腦出血 尿激酶 外科手術(shù) 最小侵入性 Evaluation of large dose of urokinase in the minimally invasive removal of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage LIU ming (Department of Neurology, the Hospital for Staff of The First Water Project Bureau of Henan Province, Luohe 462000, China) [ABSTRACT] Objective: To evaluate large dose of urokinase in the minimally invasive removal of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Thirtyfive patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated by minimally invasive operation, the hematoma was sucked and drained through installed tube, large dose of urokinase was infused to the site of hematoma for lysis. Effect of hematoma eradicating, plications and functional recovery were observed. Results: Functions of all patients were recovered on different levels, r
