Party A shall cure the Defects within Fifteen (15) days on receipt of the Defects List. 進(jìn) 場 日 Starting Date of Construction在符合以下條件的前提下且乙方可以進(jìn)場施工的日為“進(jìn)場日〞〔以下稱“進(jìn)場日〞)：(i) 西安城商業(yè)規(guī)劃已獲得中國的批準(zhǔn)；(ii)乙方在房屋內(nèi)開設(shè)乙方購物廣場符合前述中國批準(zhǔn)的西安城商業(yè)規(guī)劃；(iii) 西安商務(wù)主部門舉行的有關(guān)乙方在房屋內(nèi)開設(shè)乙方購物廣場的聽證已完成且聽證結(jié)果是同意乙方在房屋內(nèi)開設(shè)乙方購物廣場(假設(shè)適用)；(iv) 甲方已完本錢協(xié)議附件五?乙方進(jìn)場施工條件?約定的乙方進(jìn)場施工條件；和(v) 經(jīng)乙方根據(jù)附件五對乙方進(jìn)場施工條件驗收合格。除非雙方另有約定甲方應(yīng)于年月日或之前實現(xiàn)本條規(guī)定的進(jìn)場日。進(jìn)場日實現(xiàn)之日甲乙雙方應(yīng)另行簽署有關(guān)進(jìn)場日日確實認(rèn)書。The “Starting Date of Construction〞 is the date on whi the following conditions are satisfied and Party B may enter the Premises for construction (the “Starting Date of Construction.〞): (i) the city mercial planning of Xi’an City has been approved by the Ministry of merce of ina (the “MOC〞)。 (ii) Party B’s opening of Sercenter within the Premises is in conformity with the aforesaid city mercial planning of Xi’an City approved by MOC。 (iii) Party B is granted to open its Sercenter within the Premises (if applicable) during a pleted hearing process whi is held by the mercial authority of Xi’an City for examining Party B’s opening its Sercenter within the Premise。 (iv) the conditions before Party B’s starting construction as set forth in Exhibit V are satisfied by Party A。 and, (v) Party B has inspected and accepted the conditions before Parties B’s starting construction according to Exhibit V.
