【正文】 不一樣，站著時(shí)更容易感受緊張。如果同學(xué)們也有類(lèi)似感覺(jué)，建議站著練稿。二，注意事項(xiàng)英語(yǔ)老師的面試，都說(shuō)全英的說(shuō)課稿比漢語(yǔ)說(shuō)課稿加分。但我們這次面試我知道的得91點(diǎn)多的那位面試第三名用的是漢語(yǔ)。無(wú)論什么說(shuō)課稿，一定要注意語(yǔ)調(diào)，要有變化；語(yǔ)速，一定不要全快或者全慢。2,、面試著裝很重要，女孩子可以使那種白黑搭配的連衣裙（建議），要穿個(gè)比較正式的高跟鞋。男孩子可以穿西裝。我這次選擇了件比較素的裙子，但面試那天，還是有好多考生穿的很正式的職業(yè)裝，給人形象很好。面試時(shí)要抽簽決定面試順序。可能會(huì)有人給你說(shuō)前幾名和最后幾名不沾光。但你一定要記住，其實(shí)沾光和不沾光不是順序決定的。像我們面試那天一個(gè)工作人員老師給我們說(shuō)的，這取決于很多因素，比如，如果你抽到了中間，本來(lái)是很好的，但你前邊那位表現(xiàn)很優(yōu)秀，那如果你表現(xiàn)一般偏好，也不會(huì)分很高，這里有個(gè)對(duì)比度的問(wèn)題。還有，如果你抽到最后，正好可以有很長(zhǎng)很長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間讓你緩解緊張情緒，讓你練稿。我這次面試，31個(gè)人，我抽到的是31號(hào)。從早上6點(diǎn)半到那里，一直等到12點(diǎn)半多才輪到我。在這期間，直到10點(diǎn)我的心一直是緊張的咚咚亂跳，但10以后，也是等的有點(diǎn)不耐煩了，心慢慢的就靜了下來(lái)，改了稿子的幾個(gè)地方，和同學(xué)對(duì)對(duì)稿??當(dāng)時(shí)就想著趕緊趕緊面試。有的同學(xué)，十幾號(hào)的，說(shuō)課出來(lái)臉憋的通紅，你不是考官你都知道她緊張的太過(guò)，太緊張了語(yǔ)速容易加快，并且說(shuō)話愛(ài)結(jié)巴，這大家都知道，會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響發(fā)揮的。并且，好多過(guò)來(lái)人都說(shuō)，面試在一定程度上市很注重你的儀表的，不是說(shuō)長(zhǎng)的怎樣，是你的一言一行帶給他們的暗示。是不是自信，是不是大方得體還能重要。最好有板書(shū)。如果你的書(shū)法很好，可以邊講邊寫(xiě)；如果不好，可以在說(shuō) 教學(xué)過(guò)程 的最后一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)專(zhuān)門(mén)加上板書(shū)設(shè)計(jì)，簡(jiǎn)單的寫(xiě)點(diǎn)。注意，說(shuō)課要盡量發(fā)揮自己的優(yōu)點(diǎn)掩飾缺點(diǎn)，怎樣有利怎樣做。說(shuō)課稿子最好要有一個(gè)亮點(diǎn)，或者叫做高潮（這是等到后來(lái)我們都等煩了跟那的工作人員聊天時(shí)他告訴我們的，他們是哪所學(xué)校的老師）。我后來(lái)抽到課以后，在準(zhǔn)備的多半個(gè)小時(shí)里，就把我 準(zhǔn)備的稿子里，教學(xué)過(guò)程的整個(gè)第一環(huán)節(jié)全改了，改成了一個(gè) 情景再現(xiàn) 式的小活動(dòng)，加進(jìn)了幾個(gè)動(dòng)作和對(duì)話。應(yīng)聘小學(xué)老師的同學(xué)們應(yīng)該了解，小學(xué)英語(yǔ)的教授原則一般是寓教于樂(lè)，活動(dòng)和游戲比較多。所以說(shuō)課時(shí)，盡量展示你課堂的豐富多彩。我覺(jué)得我面試上不如那幾個(gè)得分高，原因就在這個(gè)地方。我們大家都習(xí)慣用一首歌導(dǎo)入課堂，但只有幾個(gè)同學(xué)唱出來(lái)了。還有幾個(gè)同學(xué)板書(shū)里包括了簡(jiǎn)筆畫(huà)。這些都是亮點(diǎn)。我有個(gè)同學(xué)，進(jìn)去面試時(shí)很緊張，表現(xiàn)很不好，都說(shuō)了一半了差不多才覺(jué)得緩過(guò)來(lái)，她覺(jué)得沒(méi)戲了，就有點(diǎn)放棄，說(shuō)課結(jié)束后，也沒(méi)有鞠躬，就垂頭喪氣的出來(lái)了，后來(lái)成績(jī)出來(lái)就差一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)錄取，她自己后悔的不行。要說(shuō)的道理就是，不到出考場(chǎng)，一定要堅(jiān)持。該有的自信，該有的禮節(jié)，一定不能丟。額外話，可能因人而異。我們多數(shù)同學(xué)在學(xué)校里時(shí)并沒(méi)有過(guò)正規(guī)的說(shuō)課訓(xùn)練，所以在準(zhǔn)備的過(guò)程中可能會(huì)很抓狂，甚至很懷疑絕望。還是那句話，一定要堅(jiān)持。有條件的話，借來(lái)教師用書(shū)看看，可能會(huì)給你靈感。有條件的話，問(wèn)問(wèn)往年考過(guò)的同學(xué)，多打聽(tīng)點(diǎn)過(guò)程，可以緩解到時(shí)候的緊張。不要忽視細(xì)節(jié)。一定要認(rèn)真準(zhǔn)備，不要有僥幸心理。面試?yán)趾艽?，而筆試成績(jī)差不開(kāi)。即使筆試名次很靠前，最后也不一定能考上。第五篇：教師入編面試小學(xué)英語(yǔ)全英文說(shuō)課稿Good morning/afternoon, name is number is ?m so honored and pleasure to have the chance to be here sharing my lesson with teaching material I choose to illustrate is taken from teaching plan will include 5 parts: the analysis of teaching material, teaching aims, the important and difficult point, teaching methods and teaching 1 Analysis of teaching material This unit introduces and develops the theme of “XXX”, Ss are expected to master the new words(……)and to use the sentence patterns(……)in proper teaching material mainly describes(……), and it shows all of the new knowledge , it is in the important position of this Ss can master it well, it will be benefit for them to learn the rest of the 2 Teaching aims According to the new curriculum standard and the syllabus, and after studying the teaching material and the facts of the Ss, I set the teaching aims as follows: 1, Knowledge objects 1)Ss can understand the content can read and play the dialogue。2)Ss can listen, read, say and spell the core words（……）。3)Ss can use the sentence patterns(……), Ability objects 1)To train Ss? abilities of listening and speaking。2)To train Ss? abulity of working in , Moral objects To foster Ss? conciousness of good cooperation and proper 3 Important and difficult points According to the syllabus,the important points: have Ss fully understand the content, help them to read and play the difficult points: 1)Help Ss to read the dialogue fluently, and help them to read and play the dialogue。2)make sure they can read the core words 4 Teaching methods Well, how to achieve the teaching aims, stress the important points and break through the difficult points?
