【正文】 此，以后應(yīng)加強(qiáng)自身的宣傳和提前培訓(xùn)勞務(wù)輸出人員，增強(qiáng)勞務(wù)人員素質(zhì)。5 結(jié)論撫順市的再就業(yè)問(wèn)題之所以突出，主要是由于國(guó)有企業(yè)比重過(guò)大，自身資源枯竭造成的。撫順市從企業(yè)本身和社會(huì)各方面采取一系列再就業(yè)措施，取得了良好的效果。今后的再就業(yè)問(wèn)題依然突出，通過(guò)注重企業(yè)發(fā)展，特別是發(fā)展中小企業(yè)。以第三產(chǎn)業(yè)為導(dǎo)向，發(fā)展社區(qū)服務(wù)為形式增加就業(yè)容量，并配合完備、公平的社會(huì)保障體系和法制來(lái)解決再就業(yè)問(wèn)題。主要參考文獻(xiàn)1 國(guó)家計(jì)委社會(huì)發(fā)展研究所課題組. 1999~，1999，80：2 142 國(guó)家經(jīng)貿(mào)委綜合司課題組. 妥善解決冗員問(wèn)題 ，1999，89：415Research on the Situation of Reemployment in FushunWang Jing Zhai Qingguo (School of Business, Fushun Petroleum Institute, 113001) Abstract Taken Fushun as an example, the reemployment in the old industrial cities is studied here.
