【正文】 置 系統(tǒng)損耗 系統(tǒng)損耗 圖4 社會基本形態(tài)與基本技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)因素P. 進(jìn)而建立相應(yīng)的概率分布的主方程、FokePlanck方程、Langevan方程和平均值方程。這些方程可以以相當(dāng)近似的形式用于分析基本的全息協(xié)同過程。初步以臨界漲落來說明復(fù)雜相變和分岔的過程。Q. 針對現(xiàn)代社會的高度動態(tài)性和高度不確定性環(huán)境，探討多元化、柔性化和網(wǎng) 絡(luò)化的組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計問題。在引入包含分散組織競爭、集中組織競爭、基本協(xié)同、分散組 織合作及集中組織合作等機(jī)制在內(nèi)的全協(xié)同過程機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上，建立了適用于動態(tài)性和不確定性環(huán)境的復(fù)雜組織全協(xié)同決策模型。通過建立基本技術(shù)變量和基本經(jīng)濟(jì)變量概念，導(dǎo)出動態(tài)環(huán)境、全協(xié)同決策與網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織結(jié)構(gòu)三者之間關(guān)系的數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)式。還初步分析組織結(jié)構(gòu)對歷史演進(jìn)和制度變遷的影響。參考文獻(xiàn)：1 Roger N N. A new analytic frame is put briefly, with the general principle of holosynergetics, the dynamics on disposition of resources,the value theory for efficacy of system, the game theory for holosynergetical process.
