精品課程就是具有一流教師隊(duì)伍、一流教學(xué)內(nèi)容、一流教學(xué)方法、一流教材、一流教學(xué)管理等特點(diǎn)的示范性課程,是體現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代性、科學(xué)性、先進(jìn)性和具有鮮明特色,并具有輻射作用的優(yōu)秀課程。 本人所教課程屬于公共外語基礎(chǔ)課程,《大學(xué)英語綜合教程》,要想使這門課程成為精品課程,首先我必須加強(qiáng)思想道德修養(yǎng)和業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)修,做到思想進(jìn) 步、品德優(yōu)良、心理健康、業(yè)務(wù)精湛,進(jìn)一步提升自己的學(xué)歷和職稱層次,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量和開展科學(xué)研究。其次在教學(xué)內(nèi)容上要及時(shí)引進(jìn)本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域的最新成果,同時(shí)針對不同程度的學(xué)生和他們的專業(yè)層次對教學(xué)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行調(diào)整。例如我所教授的預(yù)備級和一級兩個(gè)不同英語程度等級的班級就須注意詳略有異、進(jìn)度快慢的差別。 5. 如何認(rèn)識和處理好教學(xué)與科研的關(guān)系 答: 教學(xué)與科研的關(guān)系是高等教育辦學(xué)思想的永恒主題,對教學(xué)與科研關(guān)系的討論推動(dòng)了高等教育的歷史發(fā)展。⑴ 教學(xué)與科研的關(guān)系:教學(xué)與科研之間的關(guān)系有對立的一面,由于二者任務(wù)不同,教師對其投 入的時(shí)間和精力必然產(chǎn)生沖突,但兩者又互相依存彼此促進(jìn),辯證的統(tǒng)一:①教學(xué)是高??蒲械那疤岷突A(chǔ)條件。教學(xué)人員的理論水平、知識結(jié)構(gòu)、實(shí)踐能力、創(chuàng)造能力等決定了科研隊(duì)伍的結(jié)構(gòu)和水平。教學(xué)不僅為科研提出問題,也為解決問題提供思維方式和技術(shù)路線。②科研是提高辦學(xué)水平和教學(xué)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵:可以改善辦學(xué)條件,多渠道籌集教學(xué)經(jīng)費(fèi);可以充實(shí)教學(xué)內(nèi)容,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量;可以提高學(xué)生的社會適應(yīng)能力。③教學(xué)與科研的結(jié)合是高素質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新性人才培養(yǎng)的需要。高校的教師在教學(xué)中,不僅要向?qū)W生傳授已有的知識,更要注重培養(yǎng)他們的能力。另一方面,教師嚴(yán) 謹(jǐn)認(rèn)真的科研態(tài)度,會對學(xué)生起到潛移默化的影響。 ⑵ 教學(xué)與科研都是高校教師應(yīng)有的任務(wù),不可偏廢。目前高等教育中存在的關(guān)于教學(xué)與科研關(guān)系的認(rèn)識誤區(qū)有:誤區(qū)一,認(rèn)為高等教育中,教學(xué)是中心,科研與教學(xué)的結(jié)合更多的偏向研究生培養(yǎng),從事教學(xué)工作的教師的主要精力是上好課,科研只是“游擊戰(zhàn)”,是“細(xì)枝末節(jié)”,可有可無。誤區(qū)二,由于科研工作對教師個(gè)人利益和學(xué)校社會地位有著更明顯和更直接的影響,部分教師不愿從事教學(xué)。誤區(qū)三,簡單的將科研能力與教學(xué)水平劃等號。 ⑶對于這種片面強(qiáng)調(diào)科研或教學(xué)的做法應(yīng)提出批評,它已對高等學(xué)校的教育質(zhì)量構(gòu)成嚴(yán)重影響。在正確處理二者關(guān)系方面,我們應(yīng)做到以下幾點(diǎn): ①教師自我的道德調(diào)節(jié)。高校教師應(yīng)以正確的道德規(guī)范處理好教學(xué)和科研中的利益矛盾,正確看待現(xiàn)實(shí)中的利益關(guān)系,加強(qiáng)自身的道德修養(yǎng),實(shí)現(xiàn)教學(xué)、科研的協(xié)調(diào)平衡發(fā)展。②.建立科學(xué)的評價(jià)機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)行政的綜合調(diào)節(jié)作用。通過強(qiáng)有力的引導(dǎo)、規(guī)范、保障、激勵(lì)、評價(jià)等措施使教學(xué)和科研結(jié)合的更緊密些,促進(jìn)高校教育辦學(xué)水平和教學(xué)質(zhì)量真正持久的提高。 6. 結(jié)合高等教育學(xué)理論,談?wù)勅绾纬蔀橐幻细竦母咝=處煛? 答:首先,我們要全面認(rèn)識、理解高校教師應(yīng)承擔(dān)的任務(wù)和職責(zé),高等學(xué) 校的基本職能 教書育人、開展科研和服務(wù)社會 — 的完成,主要通過教師的工作來實(shí)現(xiàn)。 1,每個(gè)教師都要積極承擔(dān)教學(xué)工作,努力提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,完成教書育人的任務(wù),培養(yǎng)出全面發(fā)展的、高素質(zhì)的社會主義建設(shè)人才; 2,高校教師必須把教學(xué)與探索新知識的科學(xué)研究更緊密地結(jié)合起來,科學(xué)研究也是高校教師在學(xué)生面前樹立威信、教育學(xué)生的業(yè)務(wù)基礎(chǔ); 3,高校教師應(yīng)根據(jù)自己專業(yè)特長積極服務(wù)社會,但必須以社會效益為主,不能以營利為唯一目標(biāo)。 其次,我們要加強(qiáng)個(gè)人修養(yǎng)、素質(zhì)的要求。 1,堅(jiān)定正確的政治方向和高尚的道德品質(zhì); 2,扎實(shí)的知識和廣博的文化修養(yǎng); 3,懂得教育科學(xué),掌握教育規(guī)律; 4,精湛的科研能力和創(chuàng)新能力。 最后,我們還要處理好繼承和創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系,既要吸收繼承老一輩資深教師的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn),又要不斷提高自身的創(chuàng)新能力,善于捕捉提煉問題、分析探索問題、有效解決問題。 A boxer that only has front legs refuses to let his disability hold him back as he charges across a beach with his fourlegged 師 犬不愿讓殘疾成為前進(jìn)的障礙,他同其他四條腿的伙伴們一同在海灘上盡情狂奔。 In an adorable video showing his first trip to the beach, Duncan Lou Who can been seen excitedly galloping along the sand and paddling in the 可愛的視頻展現(xiàn)了名叫 Duncan Lou Who 的狗第一次來到海邊的場景,他興奮地在沙灘上飛奔、或是趟水嬉戲。 His exciting day trip was filmed by Panda Paws Rescue, a Washington statebased charity that cares for Duncan and other dogs with special 華 盛 頓州 的慈 善 組織 Panda Paws Rescue 拍攝,該組織專門照料 Duncan以及其他有特殊需求的狗。 Despite only having front limbs, the boxer is able to not only balance, but also run really fast and play with the other dogs that joined him for the ,Duncan 不僅能讓自己保持平衡,還能快速奔跑,和其余同他一起遠(yuǎn)足的狗 狗玩耍。 He was born with deformed back legs, which were later removed to make the dog more fortable. If you had told me as a young boy I would have played for and won trophies with my boyhood club Manchester United, proudly captained 9 and played for my country over one hundred times and lined up for some of the biggest clubs in the world, I would have told you it was a fantasy. I39。m fortunate to have realised those this day, one of my proudest achievements is captaining my country. I knew every time I wore the Three Lions shirt, I was not only following in a long line of great players, I was also representing every fan that cared passionately about their country.
