A lot of rural pupils fear to raise their hands to speak and they don’t like to show themselves because of their timid. Their enthusiasm can be improved if they study in a relaxed atmosphere. Thirdly, I divide my pupils into two groups, let them discuss and then let them pete in groups. The petition method not only makes them experience the joy of success, it also can arouse their enthusiasm in vocabulary learning which can improve the efficiency of vocabulary teaching.4. Project objective This project is aimed to improve my pupils’ interests in learning English word and improve their word power, in order to enable them to make full use of English in and out of class.5. Project hypothesis It is hypothesized that the pupils’ word power are improved by the new teaching models. If they are used, then the pupils will change their mind about the word study of primary English, and their municative ability will be improved accordingly.6. Project rational a) Building a good relationship between students and teachers. In my viewpoint, the most essential aspect of being a good teacher is being able to create a harmonious and stimulating relationship with our pupils. Teacher should understand the pupils deeply, and care them, which can help to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and to apply their intelligence. b) Mutual interaction at class. In order to change pupils from passive learning into active learning, teachers must fully stimulate their thinking and enhance mutual interaction in class, which can arouse their interest in learning, improve the ability of their innovation and arouse their curiosity. c) Group work. We can let pupils study in cooperative teams. We can divide pupils who do well or not do well academically into each group. So they can cooperate and promote each other and achieve mon goals. With the help of teachers, they can work together to solve the problems they can’t solve by themselves. It is conducive to make full use of each pupil’s strengths, develop themselves in maximum and strengthen their cooperation concept. d) Giving priority to listening and speaking. For English is a language, it is very important to master the abilities of listening and speaking. If we want our pupils to learn English well, we must pay attention to cultivate their abilities of listening and speaking. When learning English word, only if they can understand and speaking, then they can master the word. In that case, the effect of English learning can be improved rapidly. 7. Project design For this project, I choose one class of my pupils, through the project, the students will receive a special designed class activities about word learning. My project hypothesis is that if my pupils’ word power could be improved by better design activities, then they can learn English word more efficiently and satisfactorily. I can choose all class, group work, pair work and single. 3) Substitution exercises mechanical changing, use different kinds of words and phrases to change the same part in original sentence. B.
