【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 能讓理財候選人員參加各類專題討論會和金融知識專家講座等,使其能全面了解銀行的業(yè)務發(fā)展情況、業(yè)務發(fā)展目標、面臨的經(jīng)營環(huán)境和最前沿的金融業(yè)務信息。再次,通過證券、保險等行業(yè)系統(tǒng)的橫向交流,使理財候選人員全面掌握各類投資市場知識,并通過實際的操練,提高其應掌握的金融知識和積累的投資經(jīng)驗,進行專業(yè)理財?shù)哪芰?。第二,建立有效的客戶?jīng)理制度??蛻羰巧虡I(yè)銀行生存和發(fā)展的根基,商業(yè)銀行通過實施以客戶開發(fā)為主的客戶經(jīng)理制,可以獲得穩(wěn)定的客戶群,為實現(xiàn)效益最大化目標奠定堅實基礎。各級經(jīng)營行要在個人業(yè)務部門的直接管理下,設置個人理財中心,根據(jù)具體條件配備數(shù)名個人客戶經(jīng)理。根據(jù)客戶經(jīng)理管理能力和業(yè)務能力的不同,分別設置普通客戶經(jīng)理和客戶經(jīng)理主管的崗位,普通客戶經(jīng)理直接負責為客戶提供理財服務,而客戶經(jīng)理主管除了負擔一部分客戶服務的工作外,還要負責組織和管理本理財中心的全面工作,包括給普通客戶經(jīng)理提供業(yè)務授權、組織業(yè)務學習、考核普通客戶經(jīng)理的工作業(yè)績等。第三,建立適應崗位特點的薪酬激勵機制。在內(nèi)部激勵制度上,主要是建立和完善客戶經(jīng)理考核辦法,可從三個方面進行考核,即:關鍵指標考核體系、客戶滿意度和客戶信息收集與反饋。由于客戶經(jīng)理所從事的是具有一定風險、富有挑戰(zhàn)性的工作,因此應當充分體現(xiàn)責任與所得對等的原則,建立相應的激勵與約束機制。目前通行的以產(chǎn)品銷量為考核指標的薪酬激勵機制并不適合個人理財經(jīng)理崗位,個人高端客戶的穩(wěn)定性與資產(chǎn)的成長量才是體現(xiàn)理財經(jīng)理崗位業(yè)績的度量儀。對理財經(jīng)理,可以其所管理優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶的數(shù)量和客戶總資產(chǎn)量核定其業(yè)務量工資,以其所管理的客戶資產(chǎn)總額的增減數(shù)量以及客戶平均資產(chǎn)增減量考核其效益工資,從而調(diào)動理財經(jīng)理的工作積極性和主動性。(五)加大理財市場的培育理財教育的落后是我國居民理財意識淡薄,理財觀念落后的主要原因。我國居民的收入正在高速穩(wěn)定地增長,政府的職能也在發(fā)生很大的轉(zhuǎn)變。教育、養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療等關乎個人生活質(zhì)量的事情都將主要由個人來承擔,對個人一生的收入和資產(chǎn)進行理財,應該成為個人生活不可或缺的重要組成部分。在國外小孩在上小學時就受到理財課程的教育,從小就形成了理財?shù)囊庾R。因此,政府、家庭、學校、媒體、金融機構(gòu)需要共同努力,全力倡導全民樹立理財意識,培養(yǎng)個人理財?shù)闹鲃有?,培養(yǎng)科學的投資理財觀念,從微觀角度為提高人民的生活質(zhì)量奠定物質(zhì)的基礎。結(jié) 論國有商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展壯大無論是對促進經(jīng)濟建設,還是對于保持我國金融業(yè)的穩(wěn)定與健康發(fā)展都具有非常重要的意義。面對加入WTO后日益激烈的市場競爭,以及市場分割,限制市場準入等保護措施的逐步消失,國有商業(yè)銀行要想立于不敗之地,應基于以上對個人理財業(yè)務的分析構(gòu)建未來的競爭優(yōu)勢,盡快形成“品牌”效應及屬于自身的強大的競爭力。但我們要充分認識到這一任務的艱巨性、復雜性和長期性,真抓實干,苦練內(nèi)功,實現(xiàn)我國國有商業(yè)銀行改革的歷史性跨越。致謝本篇論文在寫作過程中,得到了XX大學X老師的精心幫助和指導,我在這里向全體老師及X導師致以誠摯的謝意?!瓍⒖嘉墨I[1]王海軍,姜磊. 后金融危機時代中國銀行業(yè)金融創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展[J]. 區(qū)域金融研究,2011,(1).
