Buyer hereby grants Manufacturer and Manufacturer hereby accepts the nonexclusive, worldwide right to manufacture and package the Product in accordance with this Agre ement. Manufacturer shall acquire no other right or license except as expressly granted in this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved by Buyer.
