【正文】 中小企業(yè)人力資源的基本特征主要表現(xiàn)為:一是企業(yè)員工素質(zhì)高。這在近年來涌現(xiàn)出來的大批中小企業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)和發(fā)展中表現(xiàn)得尤為突出。通常大企業(yè)都是由技術水平高、成長快、適應性強、發(fā)展前景好的中小企業(yè)發(fā)展而成的。從我國情況看,目前在工商注冊登記的中小企業(yè)已經(jīng)超過 1000 萬家,占全國注冊企業(yè)總數(shù)的 99%,其工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值、銷售收入、實現(xiàn)利稅、出口總額已分別占 全國的 60%、 57%, 40%和60% 左右?!?1】 無論發(fā)達國家還是發(fā)展中國家,中小企業(yè)都是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會穩(wěn)定的重要支柱。如何解決好信息不 對稱,是績效管理成功的關鍵。因此,在企業(yè)的績效管理實踐中,應該建立一個較為完整的績效管理 模式,作為解決績效管理一般性問題的一個指南。 75%認為必須改 進績效管理方法,甚至許多員工認為當前的績效管理方法流于形式,有很多公司管理者把績效管理等同于績效考核。 關鍵詞 :中小企業(yè)、績效管理、激勵、管理 畢業(yè)論文 3 Abstract Performance management has bee a difficult problem for enterprise management. The reason is that the current performance management method based on assumptions and system performance information symmetry is not perfect. Although our country small and mediumsized enterprise performance management system has begun to take shape, but there are many problems, serious impact on the enterprise performance evaluation to keep people,employing, educating function. The knowledge staff as the core petitiveness of enterprises, plays a key role in the development of enterprises, to make a performance management really play the role of incentives, must be bined with the characteristics of knowledge workers, the demand and incentive mode, explore more targeted,more effective way of performance management and incentive mechanism. The author studies the incentive method of small and mediumsized enterprises, indepth analysis of the incentive factors to knowledge employees of small and mediumsized enterprises, and introduced the monly used knowledge staff incentive method. Then based on the principalagent theory, carries on the design to the hightech small and medium enterprise incentive mechanism. Based on the principal contradiction between humans and agents and restriction mechanism, analysis of the principalagent relationship in small and medium sized enterprises.
