This paper first reviews tourism car and suspension of the current development status and research dynamic, and then introduced in detail the suspension of the classification, characteristics and working principle, and according to the requirements of the tourism car, sure tourism car suspension system overall structure scheme. According to the tourism car all the size parameters to provide design spring, shock absorber and other institutions size parameters, and the test, to select the suitable height valve and steering mechanism, finally use CAD software drawing and dynamic simulation of ADAMS software. The results show that the design is reasonable and reliable.
