Keywords: chain food and beverage； Development status； Question；Advantages； countermeasures 10 / 10。我國連鎖餐飲可以借助信息擴大自己的影響力，贏得更大的市場空間，對我國餐飲企業(yè)的規(guī)范化和標準化管理提出了更高的要求。中國實行全面對外開放后，中式餐飲面臨西式餐飲的挑戰(zhàn)，應(yīng)該化壓力為動力，學(xué)習(xí)西方的成功經(jīng)驗，采用現(xiàn)代化管理，標準化生產(chǎn)，改變經(jīng)營管理觀念，結(jié)合自身特色，使其真正走向世界。物流供應(yīng)問題關(guān)系著餐飲業(yè)核心問題，企業(yè)應(yīng)該在規(guī)劃發(fā)展中做到未雨綢繆，高度重視物流配送問題，運用現(xiàn)代化管理，真正解決物流問題。（五）完善餐飲企業(yè)的物流供應(yīng)鏈快餐餐飲企業(yè)應(yīng)該建立一個比較完善的物流后勤供應(yīng)鏈，必須建立快速、合理的物料供應(yīng)機制和現(xiàn)代化的生產(chǎn)方式，但其物流經(jīng)營的重點則應(yīng)該根據(jù)企業(yè)的實際狀況確定，同時產(chǎn)品的系列化、標
