。 3. 租用期為 ______即從 _____年 ____月 __日至 _____年 ___月 __日止。任何一方若終止協(xié)議須提前 _____天以書面形式提出。如果承租方在未執(zhí)行完此協(xié)議租期內(nèi)突然終止合同,承租方須將原合同中所要求 ____天差的金額補(bǔ)償給酒店。 4. 承租方應(yīng)事先向甲方一次性提供人民幣 __________作為押金。 5. 租金在店方出具的帳單七日內(nèi),以現(xiàn)金,信用卡或單位支票支付 。 如租金或其他費(fèi)用未及時付清將加收 10%的利息。 6. 承租方應(yīng)每兩個星期與飯店前臺接待處結(jié)算一次雜費(fèi)。(即在飯店使用發(fā)生過的一些服務(wù)費(fèi)用 ,如電話費(fèi)、洗衣費(fèi)、餐廳用餐費(fèi)用等)。 7. 承租方在未經(jīng)飯店管理方的同意許可下,不可以擅自改造 房間內(nèi)現(xiàn)有的家具及墻壁等。由乙方或第三方造成的所有損壞,乙方必 須 按價賠償。 8. 房間號 只提供給以上乙方所登記的合法身份 證 本人使用,不得擅自轉(zhuǎn)讓或轉(zhuǎn)租給他人或其他的客戶使用。 9. 在客房禁養(yǎng)寵物。 10. 在沒有得到酒店書面同意 的情況下 ,不可以在客房內(nèi)加裝任何電氣或電線。 11. 按公安局要求,沒有在前臺登記的訪客必須在晚上十一 點(diǎn) 前離開客房。 12. 承租方在指定期限內(nèi)有未付賬務(wù),或承租人以 任何途徑因不良舉止及違法事件 嚴(yán)重影響其他住店客人、飯店員工及管理方,飯店有權(quán)立刻終止合同。 13. 禁止 在客房 內(nèi)進(jìn)行任何違反 中華人民共和國頒布的各項(xiàng)法律 的行為 。 14. 本合同 自雙方簽字蓋章之日起 生效。 甲方 乙方 附件六 LONG STAY AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT is made between Guest Name or Company Name (hereinafter referred to as “the Tenant”), and the Name of the Hotel and Hotel Address(hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel”). The two parties have agreed to sign this Long Stay Agreement of which the terms and conditions are as follows: 1. The Hotel has agreed to rent ___________ to the Tenant. The agreed daily/monthly room rate is RMB __ per room inclusive of service charge per room per night. 2. The length of stay must be a minimum of 30 days in order for the tenant to enjoy the Long Stay rate. If the Tenant does not fulfill the length of stay, the hotel w ill reserve the right to charge the Tenant at agreed corporate rate RMB_______ per room per day from the first day of the agreement. 3. The duration of this agreement will be from ____________ to ___________. If the Tenant chooses to terminate this agreement before its expiry date, a minimum of _____ days advance notice in writing must be given to the Hotel Management. If the Tenant fails to do so, the Tenant shall pensate the _____ days rent to Hotel accordingly. 4. The Tenant shall pay RMB________ as a floating deposit to the Hotel before checkin. 5. All room rental or incidental charges should be payable after receiving the invoice from Hotel within seven days by cash, credit card or pany check. Any late payment will be charged an additional 10% interest. 6. All incidental charges shall be settled biweekly with the front desk. 7. Not to make any alterations or changes in the room and to reimburse the Hotel the cost of replacing all broken and damaged furniture, fixtures and fittings in the room due to the negligence of the Tenant, or his/her servants, agents or guests. 8. Room number is exclusive for Tenant to stay and not to sublet or transfer to the third parties. 9. Not to keep any pets in the room. 10. Not to install any equipment or to use additional electrical wiring without prior consent in writing from the Hotel. 11. To adhere to the PSB policy that nonregistered guests are to leave the premises before 11:00 PM. 12. If the Tenant fails to pay the rent or due to Tenant misbehavior and their behavior will jeopardize the Hotel guests, staffs and the management. The Hotel has the right to cancel this agreement immediately without any notice. 13. Not to use or permit or offer the said room to be used for any illegal purposes as determined by the Chinese law. 14. This agreement will only be valid if signed by the Tenant and Hotel.
