Complimentary Room Policy: Hotel will extend Half Twin room plimentary for every 16 full paying guests with a maximum of 2 plimentary rooms per group. All plimentary rooms shall be used while the relevant group is in the hotel. 2. Rooming List / Cut off Period: The rooming list must be submitted to the hotel at least ___days for High Season, ___days for Shoulder Season and ___days for Low Season prior to group’s arrival. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the group in case that the rooming list is not received within the time stipulated. 3. Cancellation / Amendment / No show: The agent must notify the hotel by fax or by written notice of any cancellation, early departure, or amendment in confirmed room reservations within the following periods. 1 – 5 rooms ____ days prior to arrival 6 – 10 rooms ____ days prior to arrival 11 to 15 rooms ____ days prior to arrival Over 16 rooms ____ days prior to arrival If the travel agent fails to give the required notice, or if the booking or any part of the booking fails to arrive as scheduled. The hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or noshow fee equivalent to the contracted rate for one night for each room cancelled or unutilized. The late cancellation or noshow fee shall at the discretion of the hotel, be deducted travel agent t or set off against the travel agent prepayment or charged directly to the travel agent and must be paid within 30 days of the date of the relevant invoice. 4.
