Both skills and qualities of high quality talent is the modern food industry is most needed resources, high attrition rates has bee a bottleneck restricting the development of food industry. Instability of existing talent team not only affects the normal operation of the catering industry, increased the cost of choose and employ persons, serious impact on its subsequent development.
