And I have learned from them some sign language, with which I can say such things as “Hello, how are you?” “Where are you going?” “Please move on!” “Thanks!” etc. In this way, I can not only give them better service and know what they think and feel, but also reduce their misunderstandings and conflicts with other passengers.
