Although this will offer more opportunities to almost all business organizations, global trade activities do not always go smoothly because of the misunderstanding resulting from cultural differences among people from different countries. The translation of English business contract, especially the long sentence in the contract is a tough and rigorous task, and we have to seek out the relationships between the kernel sentence and subordinate clauses, grasp the clue of the structure and then translate them into Chinese according to the translation strategies mentioned above.
