【正文】 tment. 員工不允許在未得到人力資源部同意下私自調(diào)換更衣柜 。 18 No food, drinks, bustible and explos ive goods are permitted to store in the lockers. The Human Resources Department and Security Department reserve the right to inspect the lockers of employee irregularly. 更衣柜內(nèi)嚴禁存放食品、飲料及易燃易爆危險品。人力資源部及安全部有權對員工更衣柜進行不定期檢查。 No visitors or guests are permitted to enter into the employee locker room. 任何來訪者或客人不可以使用員工更衣室。 Employee should clean the locker and take away the lock and key prepared by himself/herself. 員工離職時,需將更衣柜清理干凈并 取走自行配置的柜鎖 。 3 Employee Entrance amp。 Exit 員工出入口 All employee, with the exception of Executives, Department Heads, are required to use the Employee Entrance amp。 Exit. Information relating to the Hotel events, rules and regulations, and notices will be put up on the employee notice board. It should be referred to frequently by all employees. 酒 店 在員工餐廳外設有員工告示欄。 酒 店 有關的活動、規(guī)章制度、通知等信息將張貼在告示欄里,員工須認真閱讀并遵照執(zhí)行。 Human Resources Department is responsible for the update and maintenance of the employee notice board. Any unauthorized action or damage would lead to the disciplinary action. 人力資源部負 責員工告示欄的更新及維護。所有未經(jīng)允許的張貼行為或損壞行為將導致紀律處分。 Employee should initially pay attention to the notices, rules and regulations posted on the employee notice board. It serves as platform for employee to municate and study. Hotel encourages the employee?s contribution. 酒 店 員工刊物,提供 裕通 集團 和業(yè)主公司以及 酒 店 最新大事,也刊登員工隨筆、員工感想,為大家提供溝通和學習的平臺。 酒 店 鼓勵員工投稿。 20 CHAPTER 6 第 六 章 Attendance and Holiday 考勤與假期 1 Attendance System 考勤制度 Employees except executive level management position and Department Head (Level 4 or above) are required to swipe their employee card when they are reporting on and off duty respectively. 酒店所有員工,行政管理層和部門經(jīng)理( 4 級及以上級別)的除 外,上下班 均 需 打卡 。 Employee should swipe employee card by himself/herself either ing in or going out. Swiping in for someone else or asking someone else to swipe in for you is considered as a very serious misconduct. Employees taking split shifts should swipe in and out twice per day. 員工如因工 作 外出,每次進出 酒店 的時候均需打卡。上兩頭班的員工需要分別打卡兩次。 Having clocked in on time does not necessarily mean punctual attendance at work. Employees must report at their respective positions on time as required. Department / Division Heads are advised to consider the necessity for instituting a signin and signout procedure. 準時打卡并不意味著準時到達工作崗位。員工必須準時到達工作崗位。部門 /分部經(jīng)理應在部門設立簽到 /簽退簿以記錄員工到崗的準確時間。 2 Work Hours and Rest Days 工 作時間 Employee is supposed to work forty hours per week, excluding meal breaks. Day off will be arranged as per operation needs. 員工每周工作時間為四十個小時,用餐時間除外。休息時間根據(jù)經(jīng)營需要決定。 21 The daily working hours are subject to the Duty Rosters of each individual department. 每天的工作時間根據(jù)部門排班表安排。 Once confirmed、 the roster cannot be changed unless in emergency. One written application should be prepared by employee who want to change the duty roster. The application can be effective only after the approval of Department Head.
