China signed “Kyoto Protocol” in year 2023 l 根據(jù) “京都議定書(shū) ”的規(guī)定， HFC－ 134a是受控的溫室氣體之一(GWP=1300)。盡管目前中國(guó)還沒(méi)有承擔(dān)減少溫室氣體的義務(wù) ,但中國(guó)政府已采取各種政策措施減少溫室氣體排放 ,尤其是2023年 ,中國(guó)政府出臺(tái)了有關(guān) “節(jié)能減排 ”的一系列政策和措施 . However, Chinese government has adopt different practical measures to control Green house gas emission.
