If Party A fails to make full payment of the service fee， Party B shall have the right to lien upon the Equipment. 第 6 條 設(shè)備驗(yàn)收 /Article 6 Acceptance 維修服務(wù)應(yīng)執(zhí)行 維特根 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。乙方應(yīng)在維修完畢后書面提前 【 三 】 天通知甲方設(shè)備驗(yàn)收的日期。設(shè)備驗(yàn)收應(yīng)由甲乙雙方共同進(jìn)行，驗(yàn)收完畢后乙方應(yīng)向甲方提交完工報(bào)告，完工報(bào)告應(yīng)由雙方簽字確認(rèn)，證明設(shè)備業(yè)已符合上述標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。如甲方無(wú)正當(dāng)理由拒絕簽署完工報(bào)告，則視為完工報(bào)告已經(jīng)簽署。 The repair service shall ply with the technical standard of Wirtgen Gmbn. Upon acplishment of the repair work， Party B shall notify Party A in wiring of the date for acceptance of the Equipment[3]days in advance. The acceptance shall be carried out by both parties. After the acceptance Party B shall submit a pletion report to Party A. Both parties shall sign on the report ,confirming that the Equipment has been in accordance with the above standard. If Party A refuses to sign the pletion report without justifiable reasons, Party A shall be deemed having signed the pletion report. 完工報(bào)告簽署之日起 【 七 】 日內(nèi)，甲方應(yīng)付清服務(wù)費(fèi)用并取回設(shè)備。如甲方逾期取回設(shè)備，每逾期一日乙方將向甲方收取設(shè)備保管費(fèi)人民幣 1000 元。 Within[7]days from the signature of the pletion report, Party A shall pay in full the service fee and collect the Equipment. If Party A delays in collecting the Equipment, Party B is entitled to a storage fee of RMB1000 per day . 第 7 條 雙方的其他責(zé)任 / Article 7 Other Responsibility of the Parties 甲方應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)備往返運(yùn)輸。 Party A shall be responsible for the transportation of the Equipment. 乙方應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)提供零配件清單并向甲方提供必要的技術(shù)支持。 Party B shall provide Party A with spare parts list and necessary technical support. 編號(hào)： 時(shí)間： 2023 年 x 月 x 日 書山有路勤為徑，學(xué)海無(wú)涯苦作舟 頁(yè)碼： 第 3 頁(yè) 共 41 頁(yè) 第 3 頁(yè) 共 41 頁(yè) 考慮到甲方的維修費(fèi)用，乙方同意在這維修過(guò)程中，甲方提供其庫(kù)存現(xiàn)有的維特根原裝零配件作為此次維修的零部件。任何非維特根原裝零部件，乙方將拒絕采用。 第 25 頁(yè) In order to saving the repair fee for this time， the Party B shall agree the Party A offer some Wirtgen original parts in his stock as some of repairing parts .Any of noneoriginal Wirtgen parts ,the Party B will refuse to use them in the repairing. 第 8 條 設(shè)備的維護(hù) / Article 8 Maintenance 如設(shè)備在完工報(bào)告簽署之日起，對(duì)于維修過(guò)的 或更換過(guò)的部件在三個(gè)月或 300 個(gè)工作小時(shí)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)故障，乙方 【 按照維特根標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 】 免費(fèi)對(duì)這部分進(jìn)行更換和維修。但所有的易損件除外。 If malfunctions occur to the repaired or changed parts within 3month or 250 working hours from the signature of the pletion report ,the Party B shall Provide free repair [in accordance with the Wirtgen Standard]. But all of Wear Tear parts are not included in the warranty arrange. 如果上述故障是由于以下原因造成的，則乙方將不承擔(dān)第 條規(guī)定的義務(wù)： Party B shall be exempt from the obligations under Article if the malfunctions are caused by the followings reasons: (a) 甲方對(duì)設(shè)備的錯(cuò)誤裝卸、不正當(dāng)使用或不當(dāng)操作； Party A’s careless loading， improper use or improper operation of the Equipment； (b) 未經(jīng)乙方事先同意的甲方或任何第三方對(duì)設(shè)備的任何修改、更改； Any repair or modification to the Equipment by Party A or any third party without Party B’s prior consent. (c) 非由乙方提 供的操作系統(tǒng)或非由乙方生產(chǎn)的零配件；或維修期間未 更換的配件 。 Any operation system not provide by Party B or any spare parts not produced by Party B： or the parts not been replaced during repairing. (d) 其他不可歸因于乙方的原因（例如：保險(xiǎn)絲，濾清器，皮帶等及其他易損件）。 Any other reasons not attributable to Party B （ for example fuses, filters, belts and any other wear tear parts） 對(duì)于因 條所述之原因造成的設(shè)備故障，如甲方要求，乙方可以依其自行決定，向甲方提供技術(shù)支持和指導(dǎo)。如甲方需要乙方提供維修服務(wù)，雙方應(yīng)另行簽訂合同。 With respect to the malfunctions caused by the reasons listed in Article ， upon Party A’s req
