安徽送變電建安公司薪酬管理模式研究一、 薪酬管理模式的概念及在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中的重要意義隨著改革開放的持續(xù)深入,社會中“經(jīng)濟人”的角色不斷加重,在企業(yè)中薪酬分配制度也日益發(fā)揮著重要的作用,薪酬分配是否公平直接影響到每個員工的切身利益進而影響到企業(yè)發(fā)展的基本動力和穩(wěn)定性。關(guān)鍵詞: 建安公司;薪酬管理模式;兩元化AbstractThe human factor is always most important in any period and any production action. Without human factor, any factors of substance is valueless and any production action can not carry though. The basal notion of modern human resource management and its action is also based on the human factor. Corporations bee the cell of modern economy in modern society. How can we make good use of human resource to exert its potential is a great task for modern corporation management. The essence of human resource management in modern corporations is human factor, our employee can be bestirred by their ine and welfare, etc. So the pensation management is one of most important content of human resource in modern corporations. There is different pensation mode in each different corporation, but its aim should be accordant to the purpose of corporation development. The article take Architecture and Installation branch of AETT(An Hui Electric power Transmission and Transformation Co.) for an example to analyze the merit and the defect of its pensation mode, and to recount its effect in the corporation.
