This article is filled with the below two parts. Firstly, the process planning was designed which was based on ability of the part of drawing, the part of working condition, cutting capacity of the material and so on. It includes the blank designing, surfaces quality precision assurance of the critical surfaces, the dimension determination, the dimensional stock and tolerance of the working operation as well as the related choice of the machine tool, the cutting tool, the measuring tool and ponent clamps. Secondly, a lathe fig unit and a milling clamp were designed. The fixture’s structure illustration design, the choice of position and fastening elements and the calculation of machining error were described in detail in the book .
