【正文】 包括激發(fā)和鼓勵(lì)之意,也包括約束和歸化之意。人力資源管理涵蓋了員工培訓(xùn)、員工生涯規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)、員工績(jī)效管理、員工薪酬管理、員工考核與晉級(jí)等方面內(nèi)容。另一方面對(duì)人力資源內(nèi)在要素——質(zhì)的管理。主要有兩個(gè)涵義:一方面對(duì)人力資源外在要素——量的管理。因此,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店人力資源的激勵(lì)管理進(jìn)行分析和探討,有其現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店業(yè)是勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),產(chǎn)品是提供涉及住宿、餐飲、會(huì)議及咨詢(xún)等一系列服務(wù)。人力資源管理作為企業(yè)八大管理系統(tǒng)之首,這期間也面臨著諸多問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn)。同時(shí),他們也帶來(lái)了先進(jìn)的管理模式、管理手段和管理方法。在這一背景下,眾多國(guó)外經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店集團(tuán)紛紛進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng),如圣達(dá)特(Cendant)旗下的速8(Super8),雅高旗下的宜必思(Ibis)等。本文通過(guò)這些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,從基本的理論出發(fā),加以結(jié)合現(xiàn)在優(yōu)秀的經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的先進(jìn)模式,對(duì)激勵(lì)管理進(jìn)行了探討。諸如管理者素質(zhì)偏低、人才結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,繼而導(dǎo)致高素質(zhì)人才流失。國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店人力資源的激勵(lì)管理摘要:經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店,以一種全新但更迎合大眾口味的餐飲住宿方式,在酒店賓館領(lǐng)域世界范圍內(nèi)掀起了一股浪潮。在巨大商機(jī)的刺激下,越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)投身于經(jīng)營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店的過(guò)程中,但在人力資源管理的過(guò)程中,特別是激勵(lì)管理,又面臨著不能被傳統(tǒng)方式解決的新生問(wèn)題。因此經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店管理者如何進(jìn)行激勵(lì)管理,充分發(fā)揮他們員工的主人翁精神,調(diào)動(dòng)其積極性和創(chuàng)造性就顯得尤為重要。關(guān)鍵詞:經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店;員工;激勵(lì)管理Human resources incentive management in the domestic economystyle hotelsAbstract: Economystyle hotels to a new but more to meet the tastes of the public catering acmodation hotel in the world,and set off a huge wave.
