【正文】 又名新疆雪蓮, 起來(lái)源于鳳毛菊屬的水母兔子、綿頭雪兔子及天山雪蓮花等同屬多中植物的干燥地上部分或全草,具有抗風(fēng)濕、通絡(luò)活血的功效,用于頭部創(chuàng)傷、熱性刺痛、婦科病、類(lèi)風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎和腦中風(fēng) 。雪蓮還有抗菌、抗輻射、抗寒、耐高山缺氧、強(qiáng)心、解痙鎮(zhèn)靜、平喘等功效 ,具有巨大的可開(kāi)發(fā)利用價(jià)值。本論文主要結(jié)論如下: 比較超聲法和恒溫水浴加熱法提取多糖的實(shí)驗(yàn)要求、操作時(shí)間及實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果等因素,確定用超聲法提取多糖。 利用 考馬斯亮藍(lán) G250 法測(cè)蛋白的含量。 在相同條件下利用雙氧水脫色法、活性炭吸附脫色法、樹(shù)脂法進(jìn)行脫色,比較顏色的差異,同時(shí)測(cè)溶液的蛋白損失率和多糖損失率,確定最適脫蛋白方法。 利用紅外光譜 和高效液相色譜 的特性 對(duì)雪蓮多糖的單糖組成進(jìn)行分析。 Chlorogenic acid。 Rutin。 Response surface experiment
