鞍山科技大學本科生畢業(yè)設計 第 10 頁 2產(chǎn)品方案設計及金屬平衡表 冷軋板帶鋼的原料來源于熱軋車間生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品 ,要求: 1)鋼卷不允許有破邊和邊裂。 鞍山科技大學本科生畢業(yè)設計 第 9 頁 本設計選擇年產(chǎn) 120 萬噸冷軋廠做為設計題目,專題是對連鑄薄帶夾雜物的品種與特性的分析,本設計的目的是結合實際生產(chǎn) ,系統(tǒng)地運用所學基礎和專業(yè)知識分析問題,提高解決問題的能力。為了控制板形 ,70 年代以來相繼開發(fā)了各種新軋機與技術: VC 軋機、HC 軋機、 CVC 軋機、 UPC 軋機、 PC 軋機等。 在板帶材生產(chǎn)中 ,產(chǎn)品的厚度精度和平直度是反映產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的重要指標 [2]。( 3)使帶鋼表面具有一定的粗糙度。平整工序的主要作用是把帶鋼加工成具有用戶所需要的尺寸和單位重量的板、帶、卷材 ,而分選、包裝則是對質(zhì)量分級材料進行捆扎包裝 ,使之成為最終交貨的產(chǎn)品 . 5) 平整 :平整是冷軋生產(chǎn)的重要工序 ,其作用是:( 1)消除退火帶鋼的屈服平臺 ,調(diào)制好帶鋼的力學性能。成品退火用于消除冷軋造成的內(nèi)應力和加工硬化 ,使鋼板具有標準所要求的力學性能及顯微組織結構。初退火主要用于 45 號碳鋼以上和合金鋼、高合金鋼的熱軋板卷。 3)熱處理:再結晶退火是將經(jīng)冷塑性變形的金屬加熱到再結晶溫度以上 , ciA 以下 ,經(jīng)保溫冷卻的熱處理工藝。冷軋機按軋輥輥系結構分類有二輥式、四輥式和多輥式冷軋機 ,按機架布置形式分有單機架可逆式和多機架串列式冷軋機 ,為適應特殊品種和高質(zhì)量冷軋帶鋼生產(chǎn)又有特殊形式的冷軋機。熱軋帶鋼經(jīng)過一定程度的冷軋變形獲得了厚度很薄、尺寸精確、表面光潔和板形平直的冷硬狀態(tài)帶鋼 ,再經(jīng)過以后熱處理和精 整就能使帶鋼具有良好的力學性能和加工性能或優(yōu)良的電磁性能 ,另外 ,鍍涂層處理還可使得帶鋼具有良好的抗腐蝕性能 ,從而使冷軋帶鋼在汽車、儀表、家用電器、食品罐頭、輕工和建筑等行業(yè)中得到了極為廣泛的應用。有酸法、堿酸法、氫化物法、電解法等 ,但在連續(xù)酸洗機組上絕大多數(shù)是使用硫酸或鹽酸的酸洗方法 [3]。目前的酸洗設備主要有半連續(xù)酸洗機組、連續(xù)臥式酸洗機組和連續(xù)塔式酸洗機組。其生產(chǎn)工藝流程基本相似 ,主要是:坯料酸洗 → 冷軋帶鋼的軋制 → 熱處理 → 精整 → 產(chǎn)品性能檢 驗 → 剪切 → 包裝 [2]。成品供應狀態(tài)有板或卷或縱剪帶形式 ,這要取決于用戶的要求。 冷軋板帶鋼的產(chǎn)品品種很多 ,生產(chǎn)工藝流程亦各有其特點?,F(xiàn)在我國投入生產(chǎn)的寬帶鋼軋機有 18 套 ,窄帶鋼軋機有 418 套。我國冷軋寬帶鋼的生產(chǎn)始于 1960 年 ,首先建立了 1700mm 單機可逆式軋機 ,以后陸續(xù)投產(chǎn)了 1200mm單機可逆式軋機 ,MKW1400mm偏八輥軋機 ,1150mm 二十輥冷軋機和 1250mmHC 單機可逆式軋機等。首先 ,它不存在溫降和溫度不均的毛病 ,因而可以生產(chǎn)很薄 ,尺寸公差很嚴和長度很大的板卷。 【關健詞】: 冷軋帶鋼,軋制制度,全連續(xù)軋制,軋機,連鑄薄帶夾雜物 鞍山科技大學本科生畢業(yè)設計 第 II 頁 Design of a cold strip plant with annual capacity of millions tons Abstract The design of a cold strip plant has been introduced and analyzed in this paper, according to ANSC′s Cold strip plant 2 line. Its typical product is Q215 1700mm. Its main equipments include shallowtank picking train, 5stand fullycontinuous cold rolling train, hoodtype annealing furnace, single stand 4high skinpass train, 6zone pullthrough type continuous annealing line, crosscutting and slitting train and coiling train, ect. The products mainly include cold sheet and strip, hotdip galvanized sheet and strip, hotdip tinned sheet and strip. According to it, we established the rolling system, speed schedule and checked the rollers’ strength. Moreover, we checked the rolling mill’s productive capacity, cutup unit’s productive capacity and calculated the economic and technology index. A special topic about performance and productive characteristic of automobile leafspring illuminate existing state of automobile leafspring and momentum of development of manufacturing technique. At last, this design close a plant plan made with AutoCAD software, a literature in English and Chinese about dynamic recrystallization under warm deformation of a 304 type austenitic stainless steel , program about the rolling system, checked the rollers’ strength and the rolling mill’s productive capacity with Microsoft Visual C++. 【 Key words】 sheet and strip, rolling system , fullycontinuous cold rolling, rolling mill 鞍山科技大學本科生畢業(yè)設計 第 III 頁 Design of a cold strip plant with annual capacity of millions tons ABSTRACT The design of a cold strip plant has been introduced and analyzed in this paper, according to ′s 1780mm Cold Strip Mill Plant. Its main equipments include continuous picking train,5stand fullycontinuous Cold rolling train, covertype annealing furnace,single stand 4high skinpass train,crosscutting and slitting train, coiling train, etc. The products mainly include electrician silicon steel plate, hotdip galvanized sheet and strip. Products with distinguishing features such as wide size, accurate thickness, small deviation in dimension, smooth surface, well flateness, stable property, etc..According to it, we established the rolling system and checked the rollers’ production ability. Moreover, we checked the rolling mill’s productive capacity,calculated the economic and technology index.
