【正文】 統(tǒng)化以及新型化和實用化是這場變革得主題。隨著生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的擴大，自動化程度的提高，作為物料搬運重要設備的起重機在現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)過程中應用越來越廣，作用愈來愈大，對起重機的要求也越來越高。橋式起重機可分為普通橋式起重機﹑簡易梁橋式起重機和冶金專用橋式起重機3種。 關鍵詞：橋式起重機，橋架，主梁，端梁，運行機構(gòu) ABSTRACTPairs of beam bridge hoist tool instrument a circulation, intermittence machinery of sport, it is a pairs of beam bridge formed by two case shaped bright beam bridge and two horizontal end pairs of beam bridge .Operate the jackup car and can get up ,hang and carry all kinds of things with the level .It is suitable for all the occasions, such as machining and assembly shop ,warehouse and material.This instruction is mainly to design the roof bean part ,including running mechanism of the cart ,the design of bridge shelf and each part of the inside parts accessory ,assembly store and welding structure .During the course of designing ,consult some relevant materials: the cart adopts different drive scheme ,the end roof beam adopts case shape structure welding by stencil plates ,the connecting end installation of roof beam sets up in the end middle part of the roof beam ,connected by high strength bolted joint through the connecting plate and angle steel .The design of beam bridge shelf mainly refers to weld structure and craft ,and this requires to know something about weld sufficiently and apply the knowledge studied flexibly and correctly .
