Company will offer same time for pensation off or overtime payment.因工作需要,公司要求員工加班的,員工不得無故推諉;公司按照實(shí)際經(jīng)營需要,安排補(bǔ)休或核發(fā)加班工資; Overtime system / 加班: Company will pay 80% of his/her basic salary if applied sick leave.病假工資按基本工資的80%給付。 Sick leave / 病假: One working day od paid leave is granted to all employees if their nonimmediate family members passed away (. grandparentsparents, brother, sisiter in law).員工之旁系親屬死亡,可享受1個(gè)工作日的喪假(祖父母、岳父母、(配偶之)兄弟姐妹); Compassionate leave / 喪假: Regarding multifetus, increase 15days for every one infant. Female enployees meet late maternity age (25 yearold) can enjoy 90+30 days leave. 女性員工符合計(jì)劃生育規(guī)定生育者,順產(chǎn)給假90天;難產(chǎn)者,另增加產(chǎn)假15天,多胞胎生育者,每多生育一個(gè)嬰兒,增加產(chǎn)假15天;晚育者,延長假期30天。Female employees who accord with state family planning can enjoy 90days for natural labor。Marriage leave application shall be submitted 2 weeks in advance. Due to personal reason, employee doesn’t enjoy marriage leave is not allowed to take marriage leave anew.員工請(qǐng)婚假必須提前兩周辦妥請(qǐng)假手續(xù),如因員工個(gè)人原因而未享受婚假者,事后不再補(bǔ)假。Employee can enjoy 3 successive days off for marriage leave, while 10 successive days for marry at mature age (23 yearold for female, 25 yearold for male). Company will not pensate marriage leave when it meets holidays/weekends etc.一般給予連續(xù)3天的婚假,晚婚則增加為10天,遇節(jié)假日不另行給假。 Marriage leave / 婚假 工作滿1年的員工,可享受10個(gè)工作日的帶薪年休假。All local employees are entitled to 7 days paid annual vacation. After successful pletion of the probation period, an employee is entitled to take accrued annual leave, which anounts to hours per month. For serving more than a year the annual vacation will be increments of 4 hours. Company will not pensate days off when meet weekends.婦女節(jié)(僅限女性員工)(3月8號(hào)),半天,如適逢周六、日,則不補(bǔ)假。Regulated by the relevant authorities the campany grants the following paid days off (adjusted according government announcement):法定假:按照國家相關(guān)法律規(guī)定,員工可享有以下帶薪假期(按國家法律適時(shí)調(diào)整):New Year Day / 元旦(1月1日),1天Qing Ming Festival / 清明(4月5日),1天Labor Day / 五一國際勞動(dòng)節(jié)(5月1日),1天DragonBoat Festival Lunar date (農(nóng)歷5月初五),1天MinAutumn Festival Lunar date /中秋節(jié)(農(nóng)歷8月十五),1天National Day , 2nd, 3rd / 國慶節(jié)(10月1日、2日、3日),3天Spring Festival Lunar date , 2nd (Chinese New Year) 春節(jié)(農(nóng)歷十二月三十,正月初一,初二),3天Company will pensate days off when the above holidays meet weekends.以上假日如適逢周六、周日,應(yīng)當(dāng)在工作日補(bǔ)休。It is the employers intention to acmodate the employee’s preference of annual vacation. However, the actual workload and other employees’ applications shall be taken in consideration, thus the final decision is by the GM in case of a conflict of the overall interest.建議員工優(yōu)先選擇年休假,由于涉及實(shí)際的工作量和其他員工的請(qǐng)假狀況,總經(jīng)理將根據(jù)公司整體情況做出最終決定。After get leave approval, employee shall handover his/her work to related person before leave.經(jīng)準(zhǔn)假的員工應(yīng)在休假日前將工作交給指定人員,未進(jìn)行相關(guān)工作移交的,不得休假;Any late, leave early and absent without valid reason will be recorded in employee’s personal file for further references of performance assessing.凡有遲到、早退、曠工等情況的,一律計(jì)入員工個(gè)人檔案,并作為員工績效考核的依據(jù); Leave application/請(qǐng)假:People who are absent without approval are considering as missing, and pany will deduct three days’ salary for one day absence.未經(jīng)準(zhǔn)假或假期屆滿未獲準(zhǔn)續(xù)假而擅自不上班者,以曠工處理,曠工1天并扣罰3天工資;員工延誤上班或擅自提前離開工作崗位的,視為遲到、早退遲到、早退15分鐘以內(nèi),按事假半天處理;1530分鐘,按事假1天處理;30分鐘以上者,按曠工1天處理,并扣罰3天工資; 1530 minutes, it will be considered one day of personal leave。 for work, leave early, absent without any reasons/遲到、早退及曠工:Anyone who beat timecard for others, both involved will be dismissed immediately.員工不得托人打卡或代人打卡,否則雙方同時(shí)作開除處理; Beating timecard system/打卡制度Chapter Nine Attendance /考勤 Working time/工作時(shí)間At present, the working time is 8 houes per day, 5 days per week.
