Due to personal reason, employee doesn’t enjoy marriage leave is not allowed to take marriage leave anew.員工請婚假必須提前兩周辦妥請假手續(xù),如因員工個人原因而未享受婚假者,事后不再補(bǔ)假。 Overtime system / 加班: ˉ Organize and carry out training according to each dept.’s needs and the year training plan.根據(jù)公司年度工作計劃、各項考核結(jié)果和各部門提出的培訓(xùn)計劃,分析培訓(xùn)需求,并統(tǒng)籌安排形成中短期培訓(xùn)計劃。Preemployment training/職前培訓(xùn)New employee shoul take part in the preemployment training before starting working.新員工正式上班前必須參加新員工崗前培訓(xùn)。Onjob training/在職培訓(xùn) ˉ Internal training/內(nèi)部培訓(xùn)HR dept. make a topic training plan and push it according to the year training plan.人力資源本部根據(jù)年度培訓(xùn)計劃制訂單項培訓(xùn)計劃,作出適合公司的內(nèi)部課程安排?!?Make the training budget and control it.負(fù)責(zé)制定公司年度的培訓(xùn)預(yù)算,并管理調(diào)控培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費(fèi)。Due to work need, employees cannot excuse themselves from overtime. Company will not pensate days off when meet weekends.婦女節(jié)(僅限女性員工)(3月8號),半天,如適逢周六、日,則不補(bǔ)假。 1530 minutes, it will be considered one day of personal leave?!?Return all pany files, working clothes, handbook and other public things.償還公司相關(guān)資料、工作服、文件、辦公用品、員工手冊等公物;ˉ Reimburse/return cash in advance, bear all related expenses generated during contract service period. If signed other agreements with pany, he/she should also obey all terms in agreements.歸還公司欠款,以及在合同內(nèi)約定的有關(guān)費(fèi)用,如與公司簽訂有其他合同,按其他合同的約定辦理;ˉ Return pany dormitory and public things there, and deregister related formalities. 住宿者退還公司宿舍及房間內(nèi)公物,并到行政部辦理退宿手續(xù);ˉ There will be an audit before employee leave, if he/she is in the important position. 重要崗位人員離職,公司將安排離職審計;ˉ Who attended overseas training with costs beared by pany, should work for pany at least 2 years.
