GM Level II Containment Semiconductor Requirements Management Responsibility – Element Business Plan The technical portion of the supplier39。s business plan shall include: ? technology roadmaps, ? wafer fabrication/processes ? assembly/packaging ? obsolescence QS9000 3rd Edition 19981013 Page 11 ? quality roadmaps, and ? product development roadmaps. Whenever product or technology obsolescence plans are developed or updated which affect any parts previously purchased by a customer, that customer shall be notified of the obsolescence plans. TL9000 Requirements Management Responsibility Element Quality Policy Quality Objectives Objectives for quality shall include targets for the TL 9000 metrics defined in the TL 9000 Quality System Metrics handbook. The supplier shall prepare a quality manual covering the requirements of this International Standard. The quality manual shall include or make reference to the quality system procedures and outline the structure of the documentation used in the quality system. NOTE 6: Guidance on quality manuals is given in ISO 10013. 概述 供應(yīng)商應(yīng)建立與維持一個書面化的品質(zhì)系統(tǒng)做為確保產(chǎn)品符合規(guī)定要求的手段。供應(yīng)商應(yīng)準備一份涵蓋本國際標準要求的品質(zhì)手冊。品質(zhì)手冊應(yīng)包含或參照品質(zhì)系統(tǒng)的書面程序 ,並對品質(zhì)系統(tǒng)所採用文件其架構(gòu)予以概要說明。 備註 6: 品質(zhì)手冊的指導(dǎo)綱要請參閱 ISO 10013。 Quality System Procedures The supplier shall a) prepare documented procedures consistent with the requirements of this International Standard and the supplier39。s stated quality policy, and b) effectively implement the quality system and its documented procedures. For the purposes of this International Standard, the range and detail of the procedures that form part of the quality system shall be dependent upon the plexity of the work, the methods used, and the skills and training needed by personnel involved in carrying out the activity. NOTE 7: Documented procedures may make reference to work instructions that define how an activity is performed. 品質(zhì)系統(tǒng)程序 供應(yīng)商應(yīng) : a) 擬定符合本國際標準要求與供應(yīng)商既定品質(zhì)政策之各項書面程序 ,及 b) 有效實施品質(zhì)系統(tǒng)及其各項書面程序。 為達到本國際標準之目的 ,構(gòu)成品質(zhì)系統(tǒng)之程序其範圍與詳細程度 ,端賴工作複雜性、採用的方法及執(zhí)行業(yè)務(wù)參與人員所需技巧與訓(xùn)練等因素而定。 備註 7: 書面程序可參考對應(yīng)那些界定作業(yè)如何執(zhí)行的工作指導(dǎo)書。 Quality Planning The supplier shall define and document how the requirements for quality will be met. Quality planning shall be consistent with all other requirements of a supplier39。s quality system and shall be documented in a format to suit the supplier39。s method of operation.
