The research takes 30 parents with preschoolers of 36 years old in a kindergarten in Changshu as research objects. Through observation and recording, the main findings are concluded as follows: parental questioning was of high frequency and low quality; questioning structure is single with a lack of hierarchy and parents asked more closeended questions with a lack of inspiration. The study aims to provide more reference for promoting the development of more effective parentchild shared book reading.
