Groupthink research from 1971, including case analysis and laboratory test, is reviewed. Results from these two research areas are briefly pared. It is concluded that groupthink research is still a live theory that need further study. Future research issues and relative remendations are provided finally.Key words：group decision making；groupthink；case analysis。 laboratory test
