【導(dǎo)讀】論中西飲食文化差異。飲食是人類生活生存與發(fā)展的必需可是由于中西方文化傳統(tǒng)的差異導(dǎo)致了。中西方飲食文化在觀念對(duì)象方式歸屬與性質(zhì)方面產(chǎn)生了差異研究這些差異找出?？梢匀跁?huì)貫通的地方促進(jìn)中西文化交流臺(tái)灣張起鈞教授說過古語(yǔ)說飲食男女人。之大欲存焉就這樣的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而論西方文化特別是近代美國(guó)式的文化可說是男女文?；袊?guó)可說是一種飲食文化由于文化傳統(tǒng)的緣故西方人的人生傾向男女關(guān)系。而中國(guó)人由于對(duì)男女關(guān)系的褊狹把人生精力傾泄導(dǎo)向于飲食由此賦予飲食以豐。富的文化內(nèi)涵雖然飲食文化在西方不夠發(fā)達(dá)但這種不發(fā)達(dá)本身也是一種文化發(fā)。展的結(jié)果所以對(duì)中西飲食文化的比較仍有意義通過對(duì)中西飲食文化差異的分析。我們可以了解中西方各自的文化傳統(tǒng)同時(shí)能對(duì)中國(guó)文化進(jìn)行改善與創(chuàng)新

　　

【正文】 of the other countries culture abandon its shorting and learn how to transform and make it localized all countries need to study the issue So in the face of the dietary cultural exchange problems between China and the West we should find each others advantages and draw the mutual advantages as China can learn from the point that western diet stresses nutrition match and make the Chinese cuisine more outstanding China is the country of a long history with an ancient culture and enriching in cultural traditions She feeds the 13 billion Chinese people and Chinese culture is very inclusive in the course of development it absorbs a lot of different cultures Moreover now China does more efforts to draw all the outstanding achievements in the World Chinas reform and opening up policy create the conditions on international relations and cultural exchanges We need to use such an opportunity to absorb the excellent cultures from other countries to develop and create Chinas new histories and cultures there are a lot of differences in the habit of conducts and the ceremony especially between China and the West the jokes and the mistakes caused by misunderstanding is not unusual This shows that the understanding of the different etiquettes between Chinese and the Westerners is absolutely necessary In the office to understand each others customer will be conductive to the exchanges between the countries A person who understands others rituals and folk customs can be seen as respecting for others and can be easier to make a good impression on the other side Along with the constant development of Chinese culture and the Western culture Chinese ritual and the Western ritual are fusions The Westerners have accepted the reasonable factors in Chinese culture and other important feelings Chinese people have gradually accepted the advanced civilization of the Western culture and etiquette style However in real life the etiquettes impact due to cultural differences between China and the West still exists The paper explores the differences between Chinese etiquette and the Western etiquette to make Chinese municate with the Westerners more easily Key 由此可見了解中西方交往的習(xí)慣差異是很有必要的往大處來說一個(gè)國(guó)家無論是在政治上還是在經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易中了解對(duì)方國(guó)家的禮儀習(xí)慣將有利于各國(guó)之間的交往從小處來說一個(gè)人了解對(duì)方的禮儀和民間習(xí)慣是對(duì)對(duì)方的尊重且容易給對(duì)方留下好印象以便交往的順利進(jìn)行隨著中西方文化的不斷發(fā)展中西方的禮儀正在相互融 合西方人逐漸接受了中國(guó)文化中重情感等合理因素中國(guó)人也逐漸接受了西方文化中先進(jìn)文明的禮儀和交往方式但在現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中由于中西方文化的差異對(duì)禮儀產(chǎn)生的影響還很多為此本文探討研究了中西方禮儀的差異使中西方人們之間的交往更加容易 關(guān)鍵詞 禮儀差異中國(guó)的禮儀西方的禮儀 Introduction Etiquette is the process and means to show respect to each other in interpersonal relationship by certain mon procedures The Etiquette can be said to be a persons external appearance of inward cultivation and quality Firstly it can help people raise their selfcultivation Secondly it will promote social interaction and improve peoples interpersonal relationship It also can purify the society Since different
