【正文】 act brought about by economic globalization is stronger and deeper than the internationalization. Economic globalization is a doubleedged sword, on one hand, it brings the vitality of economic growth, and on the other hand, the dominant culture is put into other countries through strong economic and infiltrated every corner of the globe. Therefore, the cultural munication focus on how to assimilate advantages of the other countries‘ culture, abandon its shorting, and learn how to transform and make it localized, all countries need to study the issue. So in the face of the dietary cultural exchange problems between China and the West, we should find each other39。s advantages and draw the mutual advantages, as China can learn from the point that western diet stresses nutrition match, and make the Chinese cuisine more outstanding. China is the country of a long history with an ancient culture, and enriching in cultural traditions. She feeds the billion Chinese people, and Chinese culture is very inclusive。 in the course of development it absorbs a lot of different cultures. Moreover, now China does more efforts to draw all the outstanding achievements in the World. China39。s reform and opening up policy create the conditions on international relations and cultural exchanges. We need to use such an opportunity to absorb the excellent cultures from other countries, to develop and create China39。s new culture. This work can make the world to know China better and let China go to the world. A Comparison Between Chinese Etiquette and the Western Etiquette 中西方禮儀差異 Abstract Since different countries have different histories and cultures, there are a lot of differences in the habit of conducts and the ceremony, especially between China and the West, the jokes and the mistakes caused by misunderstanding is not unusual. This shows that the understanding of the different etiquettes between Chinese and the Westerners is absolutely necessary. In the office, to understand each other‘s customer will be conductive to the exchanges between the countries. A person who understands others‘ rituals and folk customs can be seen as respecting for others and can be easier to make a good impression on the other side. Along with the constant development of Chinese culture and the Western culture, Chinese ritual and the Western ritual are fusions. The Westerners have accepted the reasonable factors in Chinese culture and other important feelings. Chinese people have gradually accepted the advanced civilization of the Western culture and etiquette style. However, in real life, the etiquette‘s impact due to cultural differences between China and the West still exists. The paper explores the differences between Chinese etiquette and the Western etiquette to make Chinese municate with the Westerners more easily. Key Words Etiquette。 parison。 Chinese etiquette。 the Western etiquette 摘 要 由于各國的歷史 和文化底蘊不同，各國人民在進行禮尚交往時的習慣也有不少差異。特別是中西方之間，禮儀上的差異很大，因為不了解這些差異而引起的誤會和笑話也不少見。 由此可見了解中西方交往的習慣差異是很有必要的。往大處來說，一個國家無論是在政治上，還是在經濟貿易中，了解對方國家的禮儀習慣，將有利于各國之間的交往。從小處來說，一個人了解對方的禮儀和民間習慣，是對對方的尊重且容易給對方留下好印象，以便交往的順利進行。隨著中西方文化的不斷發(fā)展，中西方的禮儀正在相互融合，西方人逐漸接受了中國文化中重情感等合理因素，中國人也逐漸接受了西方 文化中先進文明的禮儀和交往方式。但在現(xiàn)實生活中，由于中西方文化的差異對禮儀產生的影響還很多，為此本文探討研究了中西方禮儀的差異，使中西方人們之間的交往更加容易。 關鍵詞 禮儀；差異；中國的禮儀；西方的禮儀 Introduction Etiquette is the process and means to show respect to each other in interpersonal relationship by certain, mon procedures.
