Blake and Moutons Managerial Grid analyse the leadership as four styles:the Task Management, the Country Club Management, the Impoverished Management and the Team Management. The Task management means that the management shows maximum concern for production and least concern for people. In Scotia, this type management is used to the staff who are the new er or non experienced person, to ensure them to do the work in a right way and as far as possible for less mistakes. For examples, senior managers employ many people who are in different panies to operate the anisation. Senior managers arrange them into different careers and departments such as the HR, the Marketing, the Financial and the flight operations. So the management only should order them to do something and if they could not operate the 12 pany well, Scotia managers can retire them and employ another group of people to operate the pany. The Country Club management is a reverse of task management which the management shows least concern for production and maximum for people. This type management pay more attention to the relationships and like to municate with others to get the informations. In Scotia, the pany is very much regarded as a familystyle business and has established a range of suppliers and clients that are seen as the extended family. So as the familystyle pany, senior leaders pay more attention to the employees healthy and safety problems and most care about the relationship between leaders and employees. Giving the family feeling to employees can increase employees belonging sense and set a harmonious working environment. It has benefit to the munication between people who are in the different levels and can make the manager easy to collect the informations. In this feeling, employees could do their work best and can provide more and more useful advises. This is a Country Club Management, this can promote the relationship between the managers and employees. And the Impoverished management is the management shows least concern both for production as well as people. In generally speaking it ignores human relationships and the productions. Scotia Airways in domestic market has a very mature development, all of the operation ways is generally plete, all of employees have a very high cooperation ability, all of employees have a very high understanding, so the the leader could not care about the work because all the work can be solved very perfect. And these three people should have a good relationship because a good relationship can enhance the mutual feelings, it is goog at munication and problem solution. These three people are a small group, in this group, it must have a lot of munication and a good relationship. In the pany, the group like this should use the Team management. The four types of leadership is very important to the manager, in a pany if they could not use only one type , it must bine the whole four styles to management the pany. The managers use these leaderships can help them know more about the marketing and know how to get along with the employees.
