Bauer, . and Hancoker, 1993: The Efficiency of the Federal Reserve in Providing Check Processing services, Journal of Banking and Finance 17:287311. 27 我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行效率狀況的產(chǎn)權(quán)制度及宏觀影響因素研究 王聰 譚政勛 28 （暨南大學(xué)金融系 510632） （暨南大學(xué)珠海學(xué)院 519070） 摘要： 本文采用自由分布法（ DFA），利用似不相關(guān)回歸估計(jì)測(cè)算了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的 X利潤(rùn)效率狀況并分析了產(chǎn)權(quán)制度與宏觀影響因素。實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)，我國(guó)國(guó)有銀行和股份制銀行的 X利潤(rùn)效率存在機(jī)構(gòu)性差別，產(chǎn)權(quán)制度是造成這種差異的關(guān)鍵原因； GDP 增長(zhǎng)率、所有者權(quán) 益比率、固定資產(chǎn)投資增長(zhǎng)率對(duì)效率水平產(chǎn)生正影響，其中 GDP 增長(zhǎng)率的影響最大； M2 和 CPI 產(chǎn)生了負(fù)影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文分析了各個(gè)因素影響商業(yè)銀行效率的作用機(jī)制，并提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。 關(guān)鍵詞： X利潤(rùn)效率 自由分部法 產(chǎn)權(quán)制度與宏觀影響因素 A Study of the Influence of the Property Rights Institution and the Macro Influencing Factors on the Efficiency of Chinese Commercial Banks Wang Cong Tan Zheng Xun (Finance Department, Jinan University) (Zhu Hai College, Jinan University) 29 Abstract: Basing on the Distribution Free Approach (DFA), this paper estimates the status of Xprofit efficiency through the Seemingly Unrelated Regression, and analyzes the property rights institution and the macro influencing factors. The results of the empirical study show that there are institutional differences between the Xprofit efficiency of the stateowned banks and that of the jointstock banks, and the key factor that contributes to those differences is the property rights institution。 those who have positive effect on the efficiency of banks are the growth rate of GDP, the owners’ equity ratio, and the growth rate of fixed assets investment, among which the most important one is the growth rate of GDP。 M2 and CPI has negative effect on the efficiency. Then, how each of the factors affects the efficiency of Chinese mercial banks is analyzed, and related ways to improve the status are suggested.
