Bexcel Beijing Bexcel Shanghai Outer Experts Rhain Chen (RC) Julius Mu (JM) Li, Fang (LF) Liang, Xiaoyan (LX) Two or three other professional consultants in Bexcel will attend the project during Phase One. According to the past successful experiences and professional requirements, Bexcel Project Team need SPANISH_MEDIA_Co’ assistance and cooperation in some fields. For example, Bexcel will need SPANISH_MEDIA_Co’ assistance in reviewing the questionnaires, determining the research methodology, identifying a list of interviewees, etc. One or two coordinators in SPANISH_MEDIA_Co should attend the team. PROJECT FEES Based on the consultant days required by the project, we calculated the project’s consulting fee of Phase One to be US$ 20,000. In addition to the consulting fee, we will charge you outofpocket expenses incurred in the course of implementing this assignment inclusive of traveling expenses, such as air fares, acmodations, telephone, facsimile and other incidental expenses like the purchase of research and information. In general, the total expenses will not exceed 20% of the consulting fee. It is our practice to render progress fee notes to cover costs incurred during the engagement. In this regard, we propose to raise progress fee note of US$ 10,000 at the mencement of Phase One and the remaining balance, US$ 10,000 upon the pletion of Phase One. The project fees of the following phases will be discussed after the pletion and evaluation of the first phase
