Complete the Personnel Requisition form with all the required details of an unfilled position 填寫人員需求表,注明空缺職位的細(xì)節(jié) 2. Relate the form to the approved recruitment planning procedure 將表格與招聘計劃對照,檢查是否符合規(guī)定的程 序 3. Send the form to the HR amp。 Training Mgr 將表格交給人事培訓(xùn)經(jīng)理 ? Following a staff resignation : 在有員工辭職后: 1. Any replacement within the approved Personnel Requisition guide budget shall be processed immediately 在人員安排預(yù)算內(nèi)的人事替換須立即辦理。 2.
