思,勇于課改當名師。課堂教育改革教師應具備的十種素質:登高望遠、積極進取的人生追求;腳踏實地、吃苦耐勞的奉獻品質;關注細節(jié)、打造精品的質量意識;勤于交流、促優(yōu)正劣的改革勇氣;善于合作、取長補短的進步要求;刻苦學習、自我提升的探索態(tài)度;熱愛集體、榮辱與同的團隊精神;務實科研、總結規(guī)律的創(chuàng)新思想;尊重學生、以人為本的民主觀念;相信學生、自主發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代理念。五、課改后學校發(fā)生的變化近半年的課改,使我校發(fā)生了較大的變化,簡言之,有以下幾個方面。首先,課堂發(fā)生了徹底的變化。過去是老師的“一言堂”,現(xiàn)在,真正做到了“以學生為中心”。整個課堂“預習、展示、反饋”全過程都由學生自主整體參與,學生以高昂的熱情互動探究,張揚個性,掌握知識,提升能力。第二,教師從思想到行為發(fā)生了變化。他們以嶄新的教育觀念投身到課改中,高漲的課改熱情激發(fā)了空前的“互助合作”的團隊精神(如:合作備課,相互學習和指導,共同磋商解決疑難等等)。課改心得(反思)的及時書寫,進一步提高了教師的課改主動性、自覺性,提升了課改能力。第三,學生發(fā)生了極大變化。課堂上,學生真正成為主人,他們以極高的熱情投入到課堂學習中,自主學習、合作交流、互動探究,以極大的興趣參與課堂活動,放膽張揚個性,深入交流探索,激情滿懷地學習知識,提高能力。課改培養(yǎng)了學生的自信,培養(yǎng)了學生的團隊精神和競爭意識,使學生的性格發(fā)生很大變化。另外,結合學校開展的“文明禮儀”活動,學生的思想情操也發(fā)生了極大變化。文明做事,禮貌待人蔚然成風。第四,師生關系發(fā)生了變化。課改后,師生關系和諧融洽,現(xiàn)在是民主平等的朋友式的關系。第五,班級管理發(fā)生了變化。過去主要是班主任過多干預的鐵性管理?,F(xiàn)在是較大成分的“學生自我管理”、“人性化管理”(以班級干部、小組干部形成有機的自我管理模式)。第六,學生學習成績發(fā)生了變化。從學校多次的大小測驗可看出學生成績在不斷提升。以三年級“一模”、“三?!甭?lián)考考試成績看,我校達到A類高中線的均為73人,與去年同期相比上升幅度是顯而易見的。古城鄉(xiāng)一初中2007年5月20日第三篇:杜郎口中學“高效課堂教學”學習心得體會Unit 7 Where would you like to visit?
