If Party B fails to respond in writing to Party A’s inquiry notice of renewal option Six (6) months prior to the expiration of the Term, Party A will send to Party B the second inquiry notice of renewal option at least Five (5) months prior to the expiration of the Term. If Party B ooses to renew this Agreement, the Parties will confirm the new Rent for the Extension Period and the duration for the Extension Period in writing in accordance with Article of this Agreement.
