學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)在學(xué)習(xí)中發(fā)揮著重大作用。英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的好差與學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)有極大的關(guān)系。學(xué)生如果缺乏對(duì)說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的興趣、求知欲、好奇心等動(dòng)機(jī)因素, 就難以形成經(jīng)常說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的習(xí)慣。因此教師要引導(dǎo)學(xué)生樹(shù)立正確的目標(biāo), 采用靈活的教學(xué)方法, 通過(guò)新穎的內(nèi)容, 消除差生焦慮情緒, 提高他們的成就動(dòng)機(jī)水平, 培養(yǎng)他們說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的興趣, 使他們感覺(jué)到說(shuō)英語(yǔ)是一種享受, 最終產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈地說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的動(dòng)機(jī)。(三)壯實(shí)教師隊(duì)伍, 培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)口語(yǔ)教師英語(yǔ)教師在農(nóng)村相對(duì)短缺, 加上有些優(yōu)秀英語(yǔ)教師因?yàn)楣べY待遇低, 生活和工作條件差, 流失到沿海發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)。要想搞好農(nóng)村英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)教學(xué), 壯大農(nóng)村英語(yǔ)教師隊(duì)伍是首要解決的問(wèn)題, 這需要當(dāng)?shù)亟逃鞴懿块T(mén)及學(xué)校管理部門(mén)出臺(tái)相應(yīng)的政策, 引進(jìn)大量的英語(yǔ)教師, 并用合理的激勵(lì)措施吸引和留住優(yōu)秀的教師。除了要吸引教師、留住教師, 還要逐步去培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的教師。培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的英語(yǔ)教師, 應(yīng)從兩方面著手。一方面教師要注重自我提高。教師要有自我提高意識(shí),在教學(xué)實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上要不斷的總結(jié)教學(xué)的得失, 理出一套既有特色又切合實(shí)際的口語(yǔ)教學(xué)方式。另一方面學(xué)校要組織教師參加培訓(xùn)。把對(duì)如何使用英語(yǔ)組織教學(xué)和如何恰當(dāng)、有效、簡(jiǎn)潔明了地使用課堂英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行上課作為培訓(xùn)重點(diǎn)。(四)添置教學(xué)設(shè)備, 改善教學(xué)條件由于受經(jīng)濟(jì)條件的限制, 農(nóng)村初中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)條件整體上還很落后。多數(shù)學(xué)校只給英語(yǔ)教師配備了一部錄音機(jī), 許多農(nóng)村初中沒(méi)有一個(gè)語(yǔ)音室, 與教材配套的教學(xué)資料、圖片等也沒(méi)有。要提高農(nóng)村中學(xué)英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量, 首先, 農(nóng)村初中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)迫切需要國(guó)家及各級(jí)政府的投入, 加強(qiáng)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的配套設(shè)施建設(shè),努力改善英語(yǔ)教學(xué)條件。其次, 農(nóng)村初中教師要合理利用現(xiàn)有的教學(xué)設(shè)備, 盡量讓學(xué)生多聽(tīng)純正的英語(yǔ)。(五)改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法, 增加學(xué)生的聽(tīng)說(shuō)量。英語(yǔ)教師應(yīng)該盡可能為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。如在課堂教學(xué)中, 應(yīng)盡可能使用英語(yǔ)教學(xué), 最初運(yùn)用比較簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ), 隨著詞匯量的增加, 口語(yǔ)的容量可以逐漸的增大。, 尊重學(xué)生。教師要盡量讓每一位學(xué)生都敢于“ 張開(kāi)嘴巴”。英語(yǔ)教師應(yīng)針對(duì)不同層次的學(xué)生安排難度不同的任務(wù), 讓每一位學(xué)生都能開(kāi)口說(shuō)。同時(shí)老師應(yīng)密切關(guān)注學(xué)生的情感體驗(yàn), 在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候給予學(xué)生幫助, 在學(xué)生缺乏信心時(shí)給學(xué)生一個(gè)微笑, 向?qū)W生投去鼓勵(lì)的目光。(六)開(kāi)展課外活動(dòng)創(chuàng)造學(xué)生說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的環(huán)境課外活動(dòng)是課堂教學(xué)的有益補(bǔ)充, 為了鞏固和增強(qiáng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的效果,
