The Seller shall also, within 48 hours after shipment of the goods, fax the Buyer the Airway Bill, Packing List, Original Commercial Invoice for the Buyer to arrange customs clearance in time. GUARANTEE OF QUALITY 質量保證The Seller guarantees that the modity(ies) hereof is made of the best materials with first class workmanship, brandnew and unused, and plies in all respects with the quality, performance and specifications stipulated in this contract and conforms to the technical manuals of the modity(ies) contracted. INSPECTION 檢 驗The manufacturer shall, before making delivery, make a precise and prehensive inspection of the goods as regards the quality, specifications, performance and quantity/weight and issue Certificate of Quantity and Quality as required in Clause 9 certifying that the goods are in conformity with the stipulations of this contract. The certificate shall form an integral part of the documentation to be presented to the paying bank for negotiation but shall not be considered as final in respect of quality, specifications, performance and quantity/weight.
