Abstract Translation Article 1 The People’s Republic of China shall, according to its requirements, import from＊ ＊ modities enumerated in List “A” for a total amount of $… (. dollars) Article 2 The Republic of ＊ ＊ shall, according to its requirements, import from China modities enumerated in list “B” for a total amount of $…(. dollars) 第一條 中國根據(jù)需要從＊＊進(jìn)口附表“甲”所列的商品，總值為＊＊美元。 第二條 ＊＊根據(jù)需要從中國進(jìn)口附表“乙”所列的商品，總值為＊＊美元。 Article 3 The quality and prices of the modities to be exchanged between the importers and exporters in the two countries shall be acceptable to both sides and the prices shall be fixed in accordance with world market prices. 第三條 兩國進(jìn)出口公司所交換的商品的質(zhì)量和價(jià)格應(yīng)是雙 方都能接受的，價(jià)格應(yīng)按照國際市場(chǎng)的價(jià)格確定。 III.
