【正文】 I 論 酒店人才流失的原因 及對策分析 — 以三亞文華東方酒店為例 摘要 : 人是一切社會活動的主體,是眾多資源中最重要 、 最寶貴的資源 ,人力資源的開發(fā)與管理程度直接關(guān)系到酒店經(jīng)濟目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn) , 因此應(yīng)將人力資源視為酒店發(fā)展與競爭的第一資源 。近年來,許多酒店競相將人力資源開發(fā)與管理提高到戰(zhàn)略的高度,無論是在宏觀上還是在微觀上均予以高度重視。作為旅游業(yè)的四大支柱之一 , 酒店是旅游者補充能量的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。酒店具有人力資源密集的特點且其服務(wù)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量直接與員工的工作狀況相關(guān)。因而 , 旅游酒店的人力資源管理和開發(fā)就顯得尤為重要 。本文以三 亞文華東方酒店為例,分析了該酒店人才流失的原因,并對減少該酒店人才流失提出對策。 關(guān)鍵詞: 酒店人才 人力資源 人才流失 II Analyze the reasons of talent drain in hotels and some advices to this phenomenon — take the Mandarin Oriental Sanya for example Abstract: Human resource is the most important resource in social activities, the development of human resource touches on the economical goal of hotel, so we should think of the human resource as the most important resource in petition. Recent years, many hotels pay much attention on human resource. As one support industry of tourism, hotel is a basic place to serve tourist. Hotel has pression human resources, and the service quantity is correlated with the staffs’ situation. Therefore, the human resource development of resort hotel is very important. This thesis has taken wenhuadongfangsanya hotel for example to analyze the reason and of drop out of talented persons in modern restaurants, and put forward some advices to reduce the number of talent persons who have dropped out.
